Claims (10)
- 폐쇄 위치와 개방 위치 사이에서 이동 가능한 제1 및 제2 플래튼(12, 14)을 갖는 블로 성형 장치용 블로 클램프(10)에 있어서,이동 가능한 제1 플래튼(12)에 수용된 적어도 2개의 클램핑 피스톤 너트(28)와,상기 클램핑 피스톤 너트(28)와 정합하기 위해 이동 가능한 제2 플래튼(14)에 고정되며, 결합 구성과 해제 구성 사이에서 이동 가능한 각각의 타이 바(30)와,상기 결합 상태와 해제 상태 사이에서 타이 바(30)를 이동시키는 액츄에이터(50)와,상기 클램핑 피스톤 너트(28)에 축방향 폐쇄력을 인가하기 위한 클램핑 피스톤 너트(28)와 결합된 클램핑력 인가기(72, 74)를 포함하며,상기 결합 구성에서 타이 바(30)는 상기 클램핑 피스톤 너트(28)에 대해 축방향으로 이동하는 것에 대항하여 고정되고 상기 해제 구성에서 타이 바(30)는 상기 클램핑 피스톤 너트(28)에 대해 자유롭게 축방향으로 이동할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 블로 클램프.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 클램핑 피스톤 너트(28)와 타이 바(30)는 반경 방향 연장 치형부를 가지며, 상기 결합 구성에서 타이 바(30)의 치형부는 클램핑 피스톤 너트(28) 각각의 치형부와 결합하며, 상기 해제 구성에서 타이 바(30)의 치형부는 클램핑 피스톤 너트(28)의 치형부와 결합하지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 블로 클램프.
- 제2항에 있어서, 액츄에이터(50)는 상기 결합 및 해제 구성 사이에서 타이 바(30)를 이동시켜 각각의 타이 바 축에 대해 타이 바(30)가 회전하게 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 블로 클램프.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 타이 바(30)와 클램핑 피스톤 너트(28)의 치형부는 종방향 연장 공간만큼 분리된 종방향 연장 열에 배열되며, 해제 구성에서 타이 바(30)의 치형부의 열들 사이의 공간은 클램핑 피스톤 너트(28)의 치형부의 통과를 허용하며 클램핑 피스톤 너트(28)의 치형부의 열들 사이의 공간은 타이 바(30)의 치형부의 통과를 허용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 블로 클램프.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 클램핑 피스톤 너트(28)는 축방향 폐쇄력을 클램핑 피스톤 너트에 인가하기 위한 유압 작동식 피스톤(72)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 블로 클램프.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 액츄에이터(50)는 타이 바(30)에 직접 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 블로 클램프.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 액츄에이터(50)는 타이 바 중 적어도 하나(30a)에 직접 연결되고 타이 바 중 상기 적어도 하나(30a)로부터 연장한 연동부(66)에 의해 타이 바 중 적어도 다른 하나(30b)에 간접 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 블로 클램프.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 액츄에이터(50)는 모터(52)인 것을 특징으로 하는 블로 클램프.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 액츄에이터(50)는 유압 작동식 피스톤(60)인 것을 특징으로 하는 블로 클램프.
- 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 타이 바(30)와 클램핑 피스톤 너트(28)는 주형 개방 중에 이들 사이의 팔레트 트랙의 통과를 허용하기에 충분한 양만큼 분리되는 것을 특징으로 하는 블로 클램프.
