Claims (6)
- 폐형광등으로부터 수은 등의 불순물이 제거된 순수 유리분을 150메쉬 이하의 입도로 분쇄하여 모재료로 준비하는 제1전처리단계;1,200℃ 이상의 고온에서 소결되지 않는 슬러리상의 분말 이형제를 거푸집의 벽면에 적량 바르는 제2전처리단계;상기 제1전처리단계를 통하여 준비된 후 720℃ 내외의 온도로 가열된 유리분말 100중량%에 산화되지 않은 흑연질의 탄소 0.5중량%를 가하여 제1혼합물을 제조하는 가탄단계;상기 가탄단계의 실행이 이루어진 후 황산칼륨(K2SO4), 황산나트륨(Na2SO4), 산화철(Fe2O3)의 군에서 선택된 어느 하나 이상의 성분이 미량으로 상기 제1혼합물에 가하여져 제2혼합물을 조성하는 산소공급단계;상기 제2혼합물을 제2전처리단계를 통하여 준비된 거푸집에 넣고 전기로내에서 분당 3∼5℃의 승온속도로 가열되도록 하는 승온단계;상기 승온단계를 통해 730∼780℃ 까지 승온이 이루어졌을 때 이러한 상태를 30분간 유지시키는 1차 가열단계;상기 1차 가열단계의 실행이 이루어진 제2혼합물을 930∼980℃의 온도로 30분간 가열시키는 2차 가열단계;상기 2차 가열단계의 실행이 완료된 후 상기 제2혼합물을 공기중에서 자연 공냉시키는 서냉단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폐형광등을 이용하는 발포유리의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제1전처리단계에서 모재료로는 폐형광등으로부터 얻어진 순수 유리분 50중량%와, 폐소다석회유리분 50중량%를 혼합하여 준비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폐형광등을 이용하는 발포유리의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 가탄단계에서 유리분에 첨가되는 가탄량은 산화되지 않은 흑연질의 탄소 0.3중량%임을 특징으로 하는 폐형광등을 이용하는 발포유리의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 산소공급단계에서 유리분에는 산소공급성분으로서 황산나트륨(Na2SO4)이 1중량%로 첨가되는 것을 특징으로 하는 폐형광등을 이용하는 발포유리의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기한 2차 가열단계에서 유리분의 가열온도는 860℃임을 특징으로 하는 폐형광등을 이용하는 발포유리의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기한 2차 가열단계에서 유리분의 가열온도는 880℃임을 특징으로 하는 폐형광등을 이용하는 발포유리의 제조방법.
