- 6-Hi 5스탠드식 냉간압연기를 이용하여 연속소둔의 공정처리가 용이한 강판을 제조하는 극후물 냉연강판의 제조방법에 있어서,상기 냉간압연기의 스탠드 출측 스트립 크라운(Ci)을 구하는 하기의 식을 이용하여 극후물 냉연강판을 제조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 극후물 냉연강판의 제조방법Ci= (-5.52ε- 0.95561)Fw,i+ (-1.284ε-0.24397)FI,i+ (1.45ε+ 0.2397)δi+ (0.15ε+0.03604)Pi- 0.43615CH,i+ 7.20308(여기서, ε은 압하율이고, Fw,i는 각 스탠드 작업롤 만곡력이며, FI,i는 각 스탠드 중간롤 만곡력이고, δi는 각 스탠드 중간롤 변위량이며, Pi는 각 스탠드 압하력이고, CH,i는 각 스탠드 입측 스트립 크라운이며, i는 각 스탠드를 나타냄).
