Claims (9)
- 탄소 섬유 강화 흑연을 포함하는 고내열성 재료로 구성된 1 또는 그 이상의 부품들이 적어도 하나의 금속 부품과 접합되는, 높은 열적부하를 견딜 수 있는 구조적 요소의 제조방법에 있어서,상기 고내열성 재료로 구성된 부품들의 접합될 표면을 금속의 연성 중간층으로 코팅하는 단계; 그리고상기 고내열성 재료로 구성된 1 또는 그 이상의 부품들을 고에너지 전자 빔 용접에 의해 상기 적어도 하나의 금속 부품에 접합시키는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 높은 열적부하를 견딜 수 있는 구조적 요소의 제조방법.
- 고내열성 재료로 구성된 1 또는 그 이상의 부품들이 고내열성 구리합금을 포함하는 적어도 하나의 금속 부품과 접합되는, 높은 열적부하를 견딜 수 있는 구조적 요소의 제조방법에 있어서,상기 고내열성 재료로 구성된 부품들의 접합될 표면을 금속의 연성 중간층으로 코팅하는 단계; 그리고상기 고내열성 재료로 구성된 1 또는 그 이상의 부품들을 고에너지 전자 빔 용접에 의해 상기 적어도 하나의 금속 부품에 접합시키는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 높은 열적부하를 견딜 수 있는 구조적 요소의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 금속 부품은 고내열성 구리 합금을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 높은 열적부하를 견딜 수 있는 구조적 요소의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 중간층은 순수한 구리 또는 구리 합금을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 높은 열적부하를 견딜 수 있는 구조적 요소의 제조방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 중간층은 순수한 구리 또는 구리 합금을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 높은 열적부하를 견딜 수 있는 구조적 요소의 제조방법.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 중간층은 순수한 구리 또는 구리 합금을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 높은 열적부하를 견딜 수 있는 구조적 요소의 제조방법.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 중간층의 두께는 0.5 내지 2 mm 사이인 것을 특징으로 하는 높은 열적부하를 견딜 수 있는 구조적 요소의 제조방법.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 중간층의 두께는 0.5 내지 2 mm 사이인 것을 특징으로 하는 높은 열적부하를 견딜 수 있는 구조적 요소의 제조방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 중간층의 두께는 0.5 내지 2 mm 사이인 것을 특징으로 하는 높은 열적부하를 견딜 수 있는 구조적 요소의 제조방법.
