Claims (1)
- 가입자 관리 및 빌링 시스템과의 연계기능을 수행하는 가입자 관리부(11)와, 디지털 위성방송 데이터를 입력하여 각 채널별 MPEG-2 TS로 역다중화하는 IRP(12)와, 다양한 포맷의 영상 데이터를 입력하여 MPEG-2 TS로 변환하는 MPEG-2 엔코더(13)와, 상기 가입자 관리부(11), IRP(12), MPEG-2 엔코더(13)에서 출력되는 헤드앤드 영상 데이터를 다중화하는 ATM 먹스(14)로 구성된 헤드앤드부(10)와, 영상 프로그럼 데이터를 제공하는 VOD 서버부(Server)(20)와, PSTN/PSDN과 정합하여 전화 및 통신 데이터를 수신하는 트랜스코더/통신정합부(30)와, 인터넷망과 정합하여 인터넷 데이터를 수신하는 인터넷 정합부(40)와, 상기 헤드앤드부(10), VOD 서버부(20), 트랜스코더/통신정합부(30) 및 인터넷 정합부(40)에서 출력되는 헤드앤드 영상 데이터, 전화 및 통신 데이터, 인터넷 데이터 등을 ATM 데이터로 변환하여 스위칭하는 ATM 스위치(50)와, 상기 ATM 스위치(50)에 접속되어 상기 VOD 서버부(20)의 VOD 메뉴제공 및 시그날링 처리를 수행하는 레벨 1 게이트웨이(60)와, 상기 ATM 스위치(50)에 접속되어 네트워크 관리 및 운영 유지 보수를 담당하는 운영 유지 보수부(70)와, 상기 ATM 스위치(50)에서 ATM으로 스위칭 처리된 ATM 데이터를 채널별로 역다중화 하고 후단에서 입력되는 ATM 데이터를 다중화하는 ATM 먹스/디먹스(81)와, 상기 ATM 먹스/디먹스(81)에서 역다중화된 ATM 데이터 및 후술될 분리부에서 출력되는 ATM 데이터를 W-CDMA 기저대역처리하는 CDMA 처리부(82)와, 상기 CDMA 처리부(82)에서 기저대역처리된 ATM 데이터를 조합하는 조합부(83)와, 상기 조합부(83)에서 조합된 ATM 데이터를 QAM 변조하는 변조부(84)와, 상기 변조부(84)에서 변조된 데이터를 28GHz 대역의 RF 신호로 변환하고 전력을 증폭하여 셀 사이트로 전송하는UPCA/HPA(85)와, 셀 사이트에서 전송되는 가입자들의 ATM 데이터를 IF 신호로 변환하고 저잡음 증폭하는 DNCA/LNA(86)와, 상기 DNCA/LNA(85)에서 출력되는 ATM 데이터를 QPSK 복조하는 복조부(87)와, 상기 복조부(87)에서 복조된 ATM 데이터를 채널별로 분리하여 상기 CDMA 처리부(82)로 전송하는 분리부(8S)와, 상기 각 구성 블륵(81∼88)의 동작을 제어하는 제어부(89)로 구성된 송/수신부(80)와, 상기 송/수신부(80)의 송/수신 신호의 상태를 감시하는 모니터링부(90)로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 광대역-씨디엠에이(W-CDMA) 방식을 이용한 엘엠디에 스(LMDS)의 헤드앤드 시스템.
