Claims (7)
- 디스크의 기록을 읽고 쓰는 장치를 갖고 디스크 표면위에 부상하는 슬라이더(11)와, 상기 슬라이더(11)를 지지하는 서스펜션(12)과, 상기 슬라이더(11)와 서스펜션(12)을 모두 매달고 회전운동하는 이-블록(13)을 포함한 하드디스크 드라이브에 있어서,상기 서스펜션(12)에 일단측이 연결되는 서스펜션 연결부(21)와;상기 서스펜션 연결부(21)의 타단측으로 중앙에 구비된 회전중심측 힌지(22)와;상기 회전중심측 힌지(22)에 연장되고 상기 이-블록(13)에 연결되는 이-블록 연결부(23)와;상기 회전중심측 힌지(22)의 양측으로 상기 서스펜션 연결부(21)에 구비된 압전소자측 힌지(24,26)를 포함하는 힌지메카니즘 플레이트(20)를 구비하고,상기 힌지메카니즘 플레이트(20)에는, 일단이 상기 이-블록 연결부(23)에 연결되고 타단이 상기 압전소자측 힌지(24,26)측에 각기 연결되고, 구동전압에 따라 수축과 팽창을 하여 상기 압전소자측 힌지(24,26)가 회전중심측 힌지(22)를 중심으로 서스펜션(12)과 일체로 회전운동이 일어나서 서스펜션(12)의 끝단부에 연결된 슬라이더(11)를 디스크의 트랙방향으로 움직임을 유도하도록 양쪽에 배치된 한쌍의 압전소자 어셈블리(30,31)를 포함한 것을 특징으로 하는 정보저장기기용 미세구동기.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 한쌍의 압전소자 어셈블리(30,31)는 각기 압전소자(30a,30b)(31a,31b)가 복수개로 적층된 구조를 갖고, 또 어느 한쪽의 압전소자 어셈블리(30)가 팽창하면 다른쪽 압전소자 어셈블리(31)가 수축하고 반대로 어느 한쪽의 압전소자 어셈블리(30)가 수축하면 다른쪽 압전소자 어셈블리(31)가 팽창하도록 전압에 배선된 것을 특징으로 하는 정보저장기기용 미세구동기.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 한쌍의 압전소자 어셈블리(30,31)는 상기 압전소자측 힌지(24,26)측에 단차를 갖고 연장된 평탄한 제1평탄부(25,27)와, 상기 이-블록 연결부(23)에 단차를 갖고 평탄한 제2평탄부(28,29)에 동시에 장착된 것을 특징으로 하는 정보저장기기용 미세구동기.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 힌지메카니즘 플레이트(20)는 수지재로 표면에 도전막을 갖고 상기 압전소자(30a,30b)(31a,31b)와 전기적으로 접촉되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 정보저장기기용 미세구동기.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 서스펜션(12)과 힌지메카니즘 플레이트(20)가 일체로 제작된 것을 특징으로 하는 정보저장기기용 미세구동기.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 이-블록(13)과 힌지메카니즘 플레이트(20)가 일체로 제작된 것을 특징으로 하는 정보저장기기용 미세구동기.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 이-블록(13)과 힌지메카니즘 플레이트(20) 및 서스펜션(12)이 일체로 제작된 것을 특징으로 하는 정보저장기기용 미세구동기.
