Claims (3)
- 세탁기 모터의 잔류기전력에 의해 발생되는 총 펄스발생시간을 통해 세탁포량을 판정할 수 있도록 그 기준이 되는 포량판정 기준치 및 마지막 펄스를 판단하는 기준인 무펄스 시준치를 설정 저장하는 제1 단계와;모터의 구동 직후 전원 오프상태에서 잔류기전력에 의해 발생되는 최초펄스부터 마지막 펄스까지의 총 발생시간을 카운트하여 합산하는 제2 단계와;상기 제2 단계에서 카운트하여 합산된 펄스 시간을 상기 제1 단계에서 설정된 포량판정 기준치와 비교하여 포량 및 부하량을 판정하는 제3 단계를 포함하여 이루어지며,상기 제2 단계는 모터 오프 직후 발생한 최초펄스를 시작으로 펄스시간을 카운트하는 제1 과정과; 발생펄스 중 마지막 펄스를 판정하기 위해 오프펄스 지속시간이 무펄스 기준치에 도달되었는지 판단하는 제2 과정과; 상기 제2 과정에서 마지막 펄스로 판정되면 펄스시간 카운트를 종료하고 그 종료시간과 무펄스 기준치의 차를 연산함으로써 총펄스 발생시간을 추출하는 제3 과정으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한느 세탁기의 포량감지방법.

- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 제 3 단계는 상기 제 2 단계에서 추출된 펄스발생시간이 설정된 포량 판정기준데이터의 중수위 기준치보다 크면 세탁포가 소량인 것으로 판정하는 제 1 과정과, 상기 제 2 단계에서 추출된 펄스발생시간이 선정된 포량 판정 기준데이터의 중수위 기준치보다 작고 고수위 기준치보다 크면 세탁포가 중량인 것으로 판정하고 상기 고수위 기준치보다 작으면 세탁포가 대량인 것으로 판정하는 제 2 과정으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 세탁기의 포량감지방법.
