Claims (14)
- 비닐피롤리돈 수용액에 수용성 유기과산화물과 아황산염을 1:1∼1:10의 몰비로 첨가하여 비닐피롤리돈을 중합시켜 비닐피롤리돈 중합체를 얻는 것을 특징으로 하는 비닐피롤리돈 중합체의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 얻어지는 비닐피롤리돈 중합체의 피켄차법에 의하여 구한 K치가 10∼120인 비닐피롤리돈 중합체의 제조방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 비닐피롤리돈에 대하여 수용성 유기과산화물의 첨가량이 0.005∼5 중량%이고, 아황산염의 첨가량이 0.005∼10 중량%인 비닐피롤리돈 중합체의 제조방법.
- 삭제
- 제1항, 제2항, 또는 제3항에 있어서, 수용성 유기과산화물과 아황산염을 분할하여 반응액에 첨가하여 중합시키는 비닐피롤리돈 중합체의 제조방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 비닐피롤리돈과 아황산염의 초기 첨가량과의 몰비가 1:0.0004∼1:0.1로 되도록 아황산염의 초기 첨가량을 설정하는 비닐피롤리돈 중합체의 제조방법.
- 제1항, 제2항, 제3항, 제5항 또는 제6항에 있어서, 비닐피롤리돈의 중합온도가 10∼90 ℃인 비닐피롤리돈 중합체의 제조방법.
- 제1항, 제2항, 제3항, 제5항, 제6항 또는 제7항에 있어서, 아황산염이 아황산암모늄인 비닐피롤리돈 중합체의 제조방법.
- 제1항, 제2항, 제3항, 제5항, 제6항, 제7항 또는 제8항에 있어서, 수용성 유기과산화물이 하이드로퍼옥사이드인 비닐피롤리돈 중합체의 제조방법.
- 제1항, 제2항, 제3항, 제5항, 제6항, 제7항, 제8항 또는 제9항에 있어서, 수용성 유기과산화물이 tert-부틸하이드로퍼옥사이드인 비닐피롤리돈 중합체의 제조방법.
- 제1항, 제2항, 제3항, 제5항, 제6항, 제7항, 제8항, 제9항 또는 제10항에 있어서, 얻어지는 비닐피롤리돈 중합체에 대한 비닐피롤리돈 함유량이 10 ppm 이하인 비닐피롤리돈 중합체의 제조방법,

- 피켄차법에 의하여 구한 K치가 10∼40의 범위에 있고, JIS K3331에 의한 10% 수용액의 색상(APHA)이 10 이하, 또한 잔존하는 비닐피롤리돈의 함유량이 비닐피롤리돈 중합체에 대하여 10 ppm 이하인 비닐피롤리돈 중합체.
