Claims (2)
- 미세입자를 분리, 포집하기 위한 장치로서,미세입자의 운동에너지를 가속시켜 주는 가속노즐(20)과;상기 가속노즐(20)의 토출구로부터 소정 간격을 갖고 떨어져 배치되고, 가속노즐(20)로부터 토출된 미세입자를 충돌시켜 미세입자의 유로방향을 절환시켜 유로를 벗어난 특정 관성이 큰 입자를 부착시키는 충돌판(30); 및상기 충돌판(30)을 주위 온도보다 낮은 온도로 냉각시키기 위해서 충돌판 (30)에 부착된 열전냉각소자로 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 임팩터.
