Claims (5)
- 폴리우레탄 폼 사이에 이온교환물질이 부착되어 이루어진 이온전도성 스페이서를 제조함에 있어서,110 ∼ 150 ℃를 유지하면서, 이소시아네이트(Isocyanate)와 폴리올을 반응시켜 폴리우레탄의 프리폴리머(Prepolymer)를 만든 다음, 이온교환물질, 실리콘 계면활성제, 물, 글리세린 및 이온교환성 단량체를 첨가하여 알로파네이트 가교 및 뷰렛 가교를 일으키는 것을 특징으로 하는 이온전도성 스페이서의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 프리폴리머와 이온교환물질의 합이 100 중량부일 때, 프리폴리머 10 ∼ 60 중량부, 이온교환물질 40 ∼ 90 중량부, 실리콘 계면활성제 0.5 ∼ 5 중량부, 물 1 ∼ 3 중량부, 글리세린 1 ∼ 5 중량부, 그리고 이온교환성 단량체 5 ∼ 20 중량부를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이온전도성 스페이서의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 이온교환물질은 이온교환수지 또는 이온교환분말인 것을 특징으로 하는 이온전도성 스페이서의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 프리폴리머는 다음 수학식 1에 의해 계산된 NCO %가 10 ∼ 20 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 이온전도성 스페이서의 제조방법 :[수학식 1]상기 수학식 1에서, x1는 이소시아네이트의 몰 수이고, f1는 이소시아네이트의 기능기 수이고, m1는 이소시아네이트의 분자량을 나타내며, x2는 폴리올의 몰수이고, f2는 폴리올의 기능기 수이고, m2는 폴리올의 분자량을 나타내며, NCO의 분자량은 42이다.
- 상기 청구항 1의 방법에 따라 제조된 이온전도성 스페이서가 장착된 것을 특징으로 하는 전기탈이온 장치.
