Claims (11)
- a) 에틸아크릴레이트 함량이 17 ∼ 25 중량%이고, 용융지수가 5 ∼ 25 dg/min이고, 경도가 81 ∼ 85인 에틸렌에틸아크릴레이트 공중합체;에틸렌비닐아세테이트;메틸아크릴레이트 함량이 18 중량%이고, 융점이 87 ℃인 에틸렌메틸아크릴레이트 공중합체;에틸렌에틸아크릴레이트와 용융지수가 0.3 g/10min이고, 밀도가 0.92 g/cc인 저밀도 폴리에틸렌의 공중합체; 또는 이들의 혼합물 25 ∼ 75 중량;b) 저밀도 폴리에틸렌;용융지수가 0.7 g/10min이고, 밀도가 0.928 g/cc인 선저밀도 폴리에틸렌 또는 이들의 혼합물 24 ∼ 65 중량%; 및c) 충전제, 또는 첨가제로 필름 슬립제와 난연제 0.5 ∼ 7.5 중량%를 블렌딩시켜 얻어진 것임을 특징으로 하는 마찰소리 방지용 필름.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 a) 에틸렌에틸아크릴레이트와 저밀도 폴리에틸렌의 공중합체를 사용하는 경우 b)는 선저밀도 폴리에틸렌을 블렌딩시키는 것임을 특징으로 하는 마찰소리 방지용 필름.

- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 마찰소리 방지용 필름의 두께가 0.02 ∼ 0.03 mm인 것임을 특징으로 하는 마찰소리 방지용 필름.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 필름은 에틸렌에틸아크릴레이트 공중합체(에틸아크릴레이트 함량 19 중량%) 65 ∼ 75 중량%, 선저밀도 폴리에틸렌 24 ∼ 35 중량%,필름 슬립제 0.5 ∼ 3 중량%, 및 난연제 0.1 ∼ 3 중량%가 함유되어 있는 것임을 특징으로 하는 마찰소리 방지용 필름.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 필름은 에틸렌메틸아크릴레이트 공중합체(메틸아크릴레이트 함량 18 중량%, 융점 87 ℃) 45 ∼ 61 중량%, 저밀도 폴리에틸렌(융점114 ℃) 28 ∼ 32 중량%, 선저밀도폴리에칠렌(융점 122℃) 5 ∼ 21 중량%, 및 충전제 6.5 ∼ 7.5 중량%가 함유되어 있는 것임을 특징으로 마찰소리 방지용 필름.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 필름은 에틸렌비닐아세테이트(비닐아세테이트 함량 15 중량%, 융점 86℃) 25 중량%, 에틸렌에틸아크릴레이트(에틸아크릴레이트 함량 18 중량%)와 저밀도 폴리에틸렌의 공중합체 16 중량%, 선저밀도 폴리에틸렌 55%, 및 충전제 4 중량%가 함유되어 있는 것임을 특징으로 하는 마찰소리 방지용 필름.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 충전제는 탈크, 탄산칼슘(CaCO3), 황화바륨(BaSO4), 실리카(SiO2) 및 마이카 중에서 선택된 것임을 특징으로 하는 마찰소리 방지용 필름.
