It relates to a cleaning system.

In general, in a luxury car equipped with a headlamp wiper, if the headlamp wiper is operated when it snows at sub-zero temperatures in winter, the washer fluid freezes with the dust on the surface of the headlamp lens. In this state, when the headlamp is turned on at night, the brightness of the headlamp decreases, making it difficult to secure a driver's watch.

1 shows an installation state of a conventional headlamp lens wiper device. The washer fluid jet nozzle 9 is installed at the lower end of the front lens section 7 surface of the headlamp 5 together with the small wiper 8. As shown in the figure, the wiper 8 is provided to clean only a part of the headlamp lens.

Accordingly, it is an object of the present invention to provide a headlamp lens cleaning system which prevents the washer liquid from freezing on the lens surface when driving the wiper for the headlamp in sub-zero winter weather.

According to the present invention, there is provided a headlamp lens cleaning system for determining whether the outside air temperature is below zero after the headlamp operation and operating the heating wire installed in the headlamp lens housing to heat the headlamp lens when it is below zero.

The washer fluid does not freeze on the lens surface even when the washer liquid is jetted and the head lamp wiper is operated by the apparatus of the present invention.

An embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings so that the objects, features, and advantages of the present invention can be easily understood.

2, there is shown a headlamp range cleaning system according to the present invention. The outside temperature sensor S1, the headlamp wiper drive switch SW1 and the headlamp operation switch SW2 are connected to the input terminal of the electronic controller 10, and the headlamp lens housing heater drive circuit 12 is connected to the output terminal thereof. The washer liquid injection pump driving circuit 14 and the headlamp wiper motor driving circuit 16 are connected to each other.

A heating wire for heating the housing is installed on one side of the metallic lamp housing (not shown) that fixes the headlamp lens 7.

In the headlamp lens cleaning system having the above configuration, when the driver turns on the headlamp switch SW2, the electronic controller 10 detects a signal from the outside temperature sensor S1 to determine whether the outside temperature is 0 ° C or less. When it detects that the outside temperature is below zero, a drive signal is generated at the output terminal for supplying power to the heating wire of the headlamp lens housing.

The lamp housing is heated by the operation of the hot wire, and when the driver turns on the headlamp wiper drive switch SW1, the washer liquid injection pump and the wiper drive motor operate to clean the headlamp lens surface.

At this time, the washer liquid does not freeze on the lens surface because the headlamp lens is heated to an appropriate temperature.

As described above, according to the present invention, the headlamp lens is properly heated before the headlamp wiper is operated at night after snowing in winter so that the washer liquid does not freeze, thereby enabling the smooth operation of the headlamp wiper. Therefore, the surface of the headlamp is cleaned, so there is an advantage that can help to secure the driver's watch in winter.
