Description
Claims (12)
- 에리트리톨, 만니톨 및 갈락티톨에서 선택된 1종 이상의 당알콜과, 25℃에서 포화 수용액 100 g 중에 포함되는 무수 화합물의 질량이 20 g 이하인 용해도를 가지며 축열재의 사용 온도 범위 90 ∼ 190℃에서도 분해 또는 용융해됨이 없이 상기 당알콜 중에 입자로서 분산 유지되는 무수 화합물인 0.01 ∼ 30 중량%의 난용성 염을 함유하는 축열재 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 난용성 염의 용해도가 25℃ 에서 포화 수용액 100 g 중에 포함되는 무수 화합물의 질량이 10 g 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 축열재 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 난용성의 염이 무기염인 것을 특징으로 하는 축열재 조성물.
- 제3항에 있어서, 무기염이 무기산의 칼슘염 또는 알루미늄염인 것을 특징으로 하는 축열재 조성물.
- 제3항에 있어서, 무기염이 인산염, 황산염 또는 피로인산염인 것을 특징으로 하는 축열재 조성물.
- 제3항에 있어서, 무기염이 탄산칼슘, 인산칼슘, 황산칼슘, 피로인산칼슘, 인산알루미늄, 인산은, 황산은, 염화은 또는 요오드화은인 것을 특징으로 하는 축열재 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 난용성의 염이 유기염인 것을 특징으로 하는 축열재 조성물.
- 제7항에 있어서, 유기염이 탄소수 16 이상의 지방산의 다가 금속염인 것을 특징으로 하는 축열재 조성물.
- 제7항에 있어서, 유기염이 팔미틴산염, 스테아린산염 또는 베헤닐산염인 것을 특징으로 하는 축열재 조성물.
- 제7항에 있어서, 유기염이 팔미틴산칼슘, 스테아린산칼슘, 스테아린산마그네슘, 스테아린산바륨 또는 베헤닐산칼슘인 것을 특징으로 하는 축열재 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 난용성의 염의 평균 입경이 0.01 내지 1000 ㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 난용성의 염을 함유시킴으로써 축열재 조성물의 결정화 개시 온도가 블랭크보다 5℃ 이상 높게 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 축열재 조성물.
