Claims (5)
- 거의 원통형인 중합용기 및 교반부재를 구비하며, 상기 교반부재는 두 개 이상의 바와 상기 바들을 서로 접속하는 하나 이상의 접속부재를 포함하며, 상기 바들이 상기 중합용기의 축 둘레를 회전하는 경우에 상기 바들의 궤적이 반드시 서로 일치하지 않게 형성되며, 상기 중합용기의 축선과 최내측 및 최외측의 바들의 중심선과의 거리가 용기 내경의 6% ~ 12% 인 것을 특징으로 하는 중합장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 중합용기의 내벽과 상기 내벽에 인접한 최외부 바 사이의 클리어런스(clearance)의 폭은 상기 중합용기 내부직경의 0.2 내지 0.4 % 인 것을 특징으로 하는 중합장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 장치는 용액의 중합에 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 중합장치.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 용액의 중합은 비닐아세테이트, 비닐프로피오네이트, 비닐부틸레이트, 비닐베르세이트 및 비닐피바레이트로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 비닐에스테르 단량체의 중합인 것을 특징으로 하는 중합장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,두 개 이상의 바와,상기 바들을 서로 수직으로 접속하는 하나 이상의 접속부재를 포함하며,상기 접속부재의 최상부는 접속기구를 구비하고,상기 접속부재는 상기 접속기구를 통해 상기 접속기구와 상기 축이 서로 정렬되도록 상기 중합용기의 축에 대응하는 회전 샤프트에 고정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 중합장치.
