Claims (9)
- 일정한 능력을 갖는 고정능력 압축기;로딩 상태에서 냉매를 토출하고 언로딩 상태에서 냉매를 토출하지 않으며 주기내의 로딩 시간과 언로딩 시간을 결정하는 듀티제어신호에 따라 능력이 가변되는 가변능력 압축기; 및상기 가변능력 압축기 및 상기 고정능력 압축기의 동시 기동을 방지하기 위해 상기 가변능력 압축기와 상기 고정능력 압축기를 순차적으로 기동시키는 제어부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 공기조화기.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제어부는 상기 가변능력 압축기를 기동시킨 다음 상기 고정능력 압축기를 기동시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 공기조화기.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제어부는 상기 고정능력 압축기의 기동전류 및 상기 가변능력 압축기의 운전전류를 합산한 총 전류값이 최대허용전류값을 초과하지 않도록 상기 고정능력 압축기를 기동시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 공기조화기.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 제어부는 상기 고정능력 압축기의 기동요구가 발생하면 상기 가변능력 압축기가 언로딩 상태에서 상기 고정능력 압축기를 기동시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 공기조화기.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 제어부는 상기 고정능력 압축기의 기동요구가 발생한 이후에도 상기 가변능력 압축기가 지속적으로 로딩 상태를 유지하면 상기 가변능력 압축기를 강제적으로 언로딩 상태로 전환시킨 다음 상기 고정능력 압축기를 기동시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 공기조화기.
- 일정한 능력을 갖는 고정능력 압축기와 주기내의 로딩 시간과 언로딩 시간을 결정하는 듀티제어신호에 따라 능력이 가변되는 가변능력 압축기를 구비한 공기조화기의 제어방법에 있어서,상기 가변능력 압축기를 작동하는 단계;상기 가변능력 압축기를 작동한 후 상기 고정능력 압축기의 기동요구가 발생되었는지를 판단하는 단계; 및상기 고정능력 압축기의 기동요구가 발생되면 상기 가변능력 압축기의 작동상태에 따라 상기 고정능력 압축기를 기동하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 공기조화기의 제어방법.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 고정능력 압축기를 기동하는 단계는,상기 가변능력 압축기가 언로딩 상태인지를 판단하는 단계와, 상기 가변능력 압축기가 언로딩 상태에서 상기 고정능력 압축기를 기동하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 공기조화기의 제어방법.
- 제9항에 있어서,상기 고정능력 압축기를 기동하는 단계는,상기 가변능력 압축기가 로딩 상태이면 언로딩 상태가 될 때까지 기다린 후 상기 고정능력 압축기를 기동하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 공기조화기의 제어방법.
- 제9항에 있어서,상기 고정능력 압축기를 기동하는 단계는,상기 가변능력 압축기가 로딩 상태를 지속하면 상기 가변능력 압축기를 강제적으로 언로딩 상태로 전환시킨 다음 상기 고정능력 압축기를 기동하는 것을 특징으로 하는 공기조화기의 제어방법.
