Claims (5)
- 노즐의 입구부로부터 토출부를 향해 원통의 파이프형 상단부(21a)와 일정한 내부 단면적을 가진 1차 변환부(22a)와 상기 내부 단면적이 점진적으로 증가하는 2차 변환부(23)와 상기 내부 단면적이 점진적으로 증가하는 주변환부(24a)로 구성되고, 상기 주변환부의 끝단 중앙에 용강의 대칭유동을 유도하는 분리대(25a)를 포함하여서 됨을 특징으로 하는 연속주조용 침지노즐.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 단면적이 입구부 단면적을 기준하여, 원통의 파이프형 상단부(21a)가 95∼98%, 1차변환부(22a)가 90∼100%, 2차변환부(23)가 100∼140%, 주변환부(24a)가 110∼150% 인 것을 특징으로 하는 연속주조용 침지노즐.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 각 구간 사이의 단면적 변화량 차이의 절대값이 6mm2를 초과하지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 연속주조용 침지노즐.
- 제 1항에 있어서,분리대(25a)의 형성각도가 0°≤α≤120°이고, 상기 분리대의 폭이 30mm≤L≤120mm이고, 분리대의 높이가 30∼150mm이고, 분리대의 상부와 하부에 곡률을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연속주조용 침지노즐
- 제 4항에 있어서,상기 분리대 하부의 곡률은 분리대의 폭에 5∼20mm의 높이로 이루어진 것임을 특징으로 하는 연속주조용 침지노즐.
