Abstract

본 발명은 파스텔 질감 및 입체감이 부여되고 내구성이 뛰어난 바닥재에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 파스텔 질감의 멜팅파우더를 제조하여 인쇄층 또는 칩층 위에 코팅 처리하므로써, 파스텔 질감의 표면층을 효과적으로 형성시켜 인쇄층 또는 칩층과 조화를 이루어 파스텔 질감 및 입체감이 부여되고, 또한 내구성도 뛰어난 바닥재에 관한 것이다.

파스텔 질감 및 입체감이 부여되고 내구성이 뛰어난 바닥재{FLOOR WITH PASTEL AND CUBIC QUALITY, AND EXCEELLANT DURABILITY}
본 발명은 파스텔 질감 및 입체감이 부여되고 내구성이 뛰어난 바닥재에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 파스텔 질감의 멜팅파우더를 제조하여 인쇄층 또는 칩층 위에 코팅 처리하므로써 파스텔 질감의 표면층을 효과적으로 형성시켜 인쇄층 또는 칩층과 조화를 이루어 파스텔 질감 및 입체감이 부여되고, 또한 내구성도 뛰어난 바닥재에 관한 것이다.
종래의 바닥재에 다양한 무늬와 색상을 부여하기 위해서 많은 공정이 사용되고 있었으나, 효과적으로 파스텔 질감 및 입체감을 부여하지 못하고 있으며, 또한내구성도 우수한 바닥재는 제조하지 못하고 있는 실정이다.
본 발명의 목적은 PVC 바닥재 제조에 있어서 인쇄층 또는 칩층 위에 파스텔 질감을 부여한 멜팅파우더를 코팅처리하여 인쇄층 또는 칩층과 조화를 이루어 파스텔 질감과 입체감을 효과적으로 부여하면서 내구성이 우수한 바닥재를 제공하는 것이다.

본 발명의 바닥재는 다층구조의 바닥재에 있어서, 인쇄층 또는 칩층위에 파스텔 질감을 부여한 멜팅파우더를 코팅하여 형성된 멜팅파우더층을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
또한 본 발명의 바닥재는 멜팅파우더층의 상부면에 엠보싱 처리된 엠보무늬를 더 포함할 수 있다.
본 발명에서 언급되는 '파스텔 질감'이란 원색이 구름(반투명)에 가려 뿌옇게 보이는 것처럼 색상이 흐려져 보이면서 은은한 느낌을 주는 질감을 의미한다.
본 발명에서 사용된 멜팅파우더는 중합도가 1000 이하인 직쇄상 PVC수지 100중량부, 가소제 30∼80중량부, 안정제 2∼10중량부, 첨가제 2∼10중량부 및 파스텔 효과의 부여를 위한 안료 0.1∼10중량부 등을 포함하는 것이 바람직하다. 상기 멜팅파우더 구성성분 중 첨가제로서 가공성을 좋게 해주기 위한 활제, 열·빛에 의한 노화를 방지·지연하는 안정제 등을 사용할 수 있다.
본 발명의 멜팅파우더를 이용하여 파스텔 질감을 표현하는 방법을 상세히 설명하면, 멜팅파우더 제조시 안료 0.1 중량부 이상 적용시 파우더에 컬러(color)가 코팅이 되어 바닥재 제조시 열과 압에 의해 프레스 가공하면, 파우더는 멜팅이 되면서 코팅된 컬러가 은은하게 퍼지면서 표면층을 구성하므로써, 퍼짐 정도나 컬러 코팅 정도에 따라 시각적으로 부분적인 미세 차이를 보이면서 은은하게 표면층을 구성하게 되어 파스텔 질감을 나타내게 된다.
또한 본 발명의 바닥재는 멜팅파우더를 적용하므로 내구성이 매우 우수하다. 상기 멜팅파우더는 직쇄상 수지(Straight Resin)를 적용하는 반면에, 일반 PVC 바닥재에 적용하는 PVC 수지는 페이스트 수지(Paste Resin)를 적용하며, 유화중합방식(Emulsion Process)으로 제조되는 페이스트 수지에 비해 현탁중합방식 (Suspension Process)으로 제조되는 직쇄상 수지가 구조적으로 내구성이 우수하다. 또한 페이스트 수지의 입자는 크기가 작고, 공극이 없는 미세한 구 형태인데 반해, 직쇄상 수지의 입자는 페이스트 수지보다 크고 공극이 있는 거친표면을 가진 형태이다. 또한 가공조건에 부합되기 위한 가소제 함량이 멜팅파우더는 PVC 졸에 비해 낮으므로, 가공후 경도(Hardness)가 우세하여 상대적으로 내구성이 우수하다.
이하 본 발명을 첨부된 도면을 참조하여 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다. 그러나, 본 발명이 하기에 한정되는 것은 아니다.
도 1은 기재층으로서 글라스파이버(G/F) 함침층(1)위에 그라비아, 전사지, 또는 로타리스크린 인쇄무늬(9)가 인쇄된 발포 또는 비발포 인쇄층(3)을 형성하고, 그 위에 멜팅파우더를 코팅하고, 그 상부를 엠보싱하여 엠보무늬(10)를 부여한 멜팅파우더층(5)을 형성한 후 UV 표면처리하고, 글라스파이버 함침층(1) 하부에는 하부발포 내지 비발포층(7)을 적층한 본 발명의 일예에 따른 바닥재의 단면도이며, 도 2는 기재층으로서 글라스파이버(G/F)-부직포 합판층(2) 위에 접착층(4)과 칩층(8)을 형성시킨 후 멜팅파우더층(5)을 형성한 본 발명의 다른 일예에 따른 바닥재의 단면도이다.
도 1 및 도 2에 도시된 바와 같은 구조의 본 발명의 바닥재는 다음과 같이 제조될 수 있다. 도 1에서 기재층으로서의 글라스파이버 함침층(1)은 글라스파이버에 함침졸을 함침시켜 겔링드럼을 이용해서 평활하게 한 후 함침졸을 겔링시켜 적용하는데, 이때 사용되는 함침졸은 중합도가 1000∼3000인 내열성이 우수한 염화비닐수지 100중량부, 상용성이 우수한 가소제 50∼100중량부, 충진제 80∼200중량부 및 안료 1∼5중량부를 혼합하여 30분∼1시간 가량 고속혼합하여 만든 플라스티졸을 사용한다.
그리고 상기 글라스파이버 함침층(1) 위에 인쇄층(3)을 통상의 방법으로 코팅, 겔링시킨 후 인쇄를 하는데, 이때 사용되는 인쇄층은 중합도가 1000∼3000인 내열성이 우수한 PVC수지 100중량부, 상용성이 우수한 가소제 50∼100중량부, 충진제 50∼150중량부, 안료 5∼15중량부 및 발포제 0∼10중량부를 혼합하여 30분∼1시간 동안 고속혼합하여 만든 플라스티졸을 적용하며, 발포 또는 비발포층을 선택 적용할 수 있다.
상기 인쇄층(3)위에 그라비아, 로타리 또는 전사지 인쇄방법 등을 이용하여 인쇄무늬(9)를 인쇄한다.
도 2와 같은 칩층을 갖는 바닥재의 경우에는, 상기한 바와 같은 조성의 함침졸을 이용하여 글라스파이버와 부직포를 합판하여 형성한 글라스파이버-부직포 합판층(2)을 기재층으로 하고, 그 위에 접착층(4)을 형성한 후 칩층(8)을 형성시킬 수 있다. 이때 사용되는 접착졸은 중합도가 1000∼3000인 내열성이 우수한 염화비닐수지 100중량부, 상용성이 우수한 가소제 50∼100중량부, 충진제 80∼200중량부 및 안료 0∼5중량부를 혼합하여 30분∼1시간가량 고속혼합하여 만든 플라스티졸을 사용한다.
상기와 같이 형성된 인쇄층(3)(도 1) 또는 칩층(8)(도 2) 상부에 파스텔 질감의 멜팅파우더층(5)을 코팅하여 평롤 또는 엠보스롤을 이용하여 표면에 효과적으로 외관을 구성한다.
이때 사용되는 멜팅파우더의 제조예는 다음과 같다. 중합도가 1000 이하인 직쇄상 PVC수지 100중량부를 자켓(JACKET) 온도가 상온 내지 90℃, RPM이 100∼600인 수퍼믹서에서 혼련과 동시에, 가소제 30∼80중량부, 안정제 2∼10중량부, 첨가제 2∼10중량부 및 요구되는 투명도에 따라 탄석을 0∼50중량부내에서 적당량 교반한 액상원료를 서서히 투입한다. 탄석의 함량이 50중량부를 초과하면 투명도가 너무 낮아져 파스텔 질감의 발현이 어려운 단점이 있다. 이 때의 혼련시간은 10∼30분 가량이 적당하며, 이후 혼련된 재료는 쿨링믹서로 이송되어 냉각과정을 거친후 20∼140메쉬의 선별기를 통과할 수 있을 정도의 입자 크기로 선별되어진다. 이 때 140메쉬 미만은 입자의 크기가 작아 작업하기 어려우며, 20메쉬를 초과하면 멜팅파우더층이 너무 두꺼워 바닥재 제조가 어려운 단점이 있다. 따라서 바닥재 제조공정에 적합한 입자를 선별기를 통과시켜 적용하며, 녹음성은 A4 규격용지에 1㎜의 두께로 코팅한 후 205℃ 오븐에서 3분 이내에 멜팅되어 투명성을 나타낼 수 있을 정도면 적당하다. 상기 멜팅파우더와 파스텔 효과를 부여하기 위한 안료 0.1∼10중량부를 요구하는 칼라에 부합하도록 혼합하여 자켓온도가 상온 내지 90℃, RPM이 100∼700인 수퍼믹서에서 2∼10동안 혼련시킨다.
상기와 같이 멜팅파우더층(5)을 형성한 후에, 그 상부 표면을 엠보싱 처리할 수도 있다. 멜팅파우더층(5)의 엠보 또는 무지표면상에 UV코팅(6) 처리를 할 수 있으며, 도 1의 경우 하부에 발포 또는 비발포층(7)을 형성시켜 제품을 구성시킨다.
본 발명은 비닐 시트상 바닥재 뿐만 아니라 비닐 타일계 바닥재에도 적용할 수 있다.
이하 본 발명을 하기의 실시예를 통하여 상세히 설명한다. 그러나 하기 실시예는 본 발명을 설명하기 위하여 제공되는 것일 뿐, 본 발명의 기술적 범위를 한정하는 것은 아니다.
실시예 1
멜팅파우더의 제조
중합도가 500인 PVC수지 100중량부를 자켓온도가 90℃, RPM이 500인 수퍼믹서에서 혼련과 동시에 가소제(DOP) 70중량부, 안정제(KTM-317) 3중량부, 안정제 (EPOXY) 1.5중량부, 자외선안정제(UV 4.0) 0.2중량부, 산화방지제(PI 311) 0.2중량부를 적당량 교반한 액상원료를 서서히 투입한 후 20분 정도 혼련시켰다. 상기 재료를 쿨링믹서로 이송하여 냉각시킨 후, 40메쉬의 선별기를 통과할 수 있을 정도의 입자 크기로 선별하였다. 상기 멜팅파우더를 자켓에 넣고 파우더 표면이 녹을정도로 예열한 후 파스텔 효과를 부여하기 위한 안료(SV Yellow, (주)일삼) 7중량부를 혼합하여 자켓온도가 90℃, RPM이 600인 수퍼믹서에서 7분 동안 혼련시켰다. 이후 상기 재료를 다시 쿨링믹서로 이송하여 30분 동안 냉각시킨 후, 40 메쉬의 선별기를 통과할 수 있을 정도의 입자 크기로 선별하였다.
바닥재 제조
50g/m2짜리 글라스파이버 시트에 함침용 PVC졸을 함침시키고 160℃ 히팅드럼에서 겔링시킨 후, 그 상부에 투명 PVC졸을 나이프코타로 코팅한 다음 150℃ 겔링드럼을 이용하여 겔링하였다. 그리고 그 상부에 그라비아 인쇄를 통해 인쇄무늬를 부여하였다. 인쇄된 바닥재 상부에 상기와 같이 제조한 멜팅파우더를 산포한 후 205℃ 오븐에서 녹인후, 엠보싱 롤에 의하여 기계적으로 엠보싱처리하고(심도 0.05∼0.3) 터닝(TURNING)하여 발포 PVC졸을 나이프코타로 코팅한 후 160℃ 겔링드럼을 이용하여 겔링시킨 다음, 200℃의 온도에서 발포시켜 발포층을 형성하였다. 다시 터닝하여 그 표면에 자외선 경화형 도료(UV4974, KCC)를 코팅한 후 경화시켜 바닥재를 완성하였다.
실시예 2
50g/m2짜리 글라스파이버 시트에 PVC졸을 함침시키고, 160℃ 히팅드럼에서 겔링시킨후 그 위에 부직포를 합판하였다. 그 상부에 접착 PVC졸을 나이프코타로 코팅한 후, 150℃겔링드럼을 이용하여 겔링하였다. 그 다음 칩을 산포하고 겔링하여 표면을 고르게 한 후, 그 상부에 상기 실시예 1에서 제조한 멜팅파우더를 산포한 후 205℃ 오븐에서 녹인후 엠보싱롤에 의하여 기계적으로 엠보싱처리하였다(심도 0.05~0.3). 그 다음 터닝하여 표면에 자외선 경화형 도료(UV4974, KCC)를 코팅한 후 경화시켜 바닥재를 완성하였다.

상기 실시예 1 및 2에서 완성된 바닥재는 파스텔 질감과 입체효과가 매우 우수하였고, 기존 바닥재에 비해 내구성이 우수하였다.
이상에서 설명된 바와 같이, 본 발명에 의한 적층구조의 바닥재에 있어서, 인쇄층 또는 칩층 위에 파스텔 질감을 부여한 멜팅파우더를 코팅하여 엠보 또는 무지처리함으로써 파스텔 질감과 입체효과를 부여하면서 내구성이 우수한 PCV 바닥재를 제공할 수 있게 된다.

Claims (7)

  1. 다층으로 적층되어 이루어진 바닥재에 있어서, 인쇄층 또는 칩층위에 파스텔 질감을 부여한 멜팅파우더를 코팅하여 형성된 멜팅파우더층을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 바닥재.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 멜팅파우더층 상부표면에 엠보무늬가 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 바닥재.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 멜팅파우더는 중합도가 1000 이하인 직쇄상 PVC수지 100중량부, 가소제 30∼80중량부, 안정제 2∼10중량부, 첨가제 2∼10중량부 및 안료 0.1∼10중량부로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 바닥재.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 멜팅파우더는 최대 50중량부까지의 탄석을 더 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 바닥재.
  5. 제3항에 있어서, 멜팅파우더의 입자크기는 20∼140메쉬 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 바닥재.
  6. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 기재층으로서 글라스파이버 함침층(1); 상기 함침층(1)위에 인쇄무늬(9)가 인쇄된 인쇄층(3); 상기 인쇄층(3) 위에 형성된 엠보무늬(10)를 부여한 멜팅파우더층(5); 상기 멜팅파우더층(5) 위에 형성된 UV층(6); 및 상기 글라스파이버 함침층(1) 하부에 형성된 하부발포 내지 비발포층(7)으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 바닥재.
  7. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 기재층으로서 글라스파이버-부직포 합판층(2); 상기 글라스파이버-부직포 합판층(2)위에 형성된 접착층(4); 상기 접착층(4) 상부에 형성된 칩층(8); 상기 칩층(8) 위에 형성된 엠보무늬(10)를 부여한 멜팅파우더층(5); 및 상기 멜팅파우더층(5) 위에 형성된 UV층(6);으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 바닥재.
