Abstract

Claims (7)
- 다층으로 적층되어 이루어진 바닥재에 있어서, 인쇄층 또는 칩층위에 파스텔 질감을 부여한 멜팅파우더를 코팅하여 형성된 멜팅파우더층을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 바닥재.
- 제1항에 있어서, 멜팅파우더층 상부표면에 엠보무늬가 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 바닥재.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 멜팅파우더는 중합도가 1000 이하인 직쇄상 PVC수지 100중량부, 가소제 30∼80중량부, 안정제 2∼10중량부, 첨가제 2∼10중량부 및 안료 0.1∼10중량부로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 바닥재.
- 제3항에 있어서, 멜팅파우더는 최대 50중량부까지의 탄석을 더 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 바닥재.
- 제3항에 있어서, 멜팅파우더의 입자크기는 20∼140메쉬 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 바닥재.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 기재층으로서 글라스파이버 함침층(1); 상기 함침층(1)위에 인쇄무늬(9)가 인쇄된 인쇄층(3); 상기 인쇄층(3) 위에 형성된 엠보무늬(10)를 부여한 멜팅파우더층(5); 상기 멜팅파우더층(5) 위에 형성된 UV층(6); 및 상기 글라스파이버 함침층(1) 하부에 형성된 하부발포 내지 비발포층(7)으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 바닥재.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 기재층으로서 글라스파이버-부직포 합판층(2); 상기 글라스파이버-부직포 합판층(2)위에 형성된 접착층(4); 상기 접착층(4) 상부에 형성된 칩층(8); 상기 칩층(8) 위에 형성된 엠보무늬(10)를 부여한 멜팅파우더층(5); 및 상기 멜팅파우더층(5) 위에 형성된 UV층(6);으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 바닥재.
