Claims (6)
- 도막방수재에 있어서,스티렌 부타디엔 스티렌 수지 100 중량부를 기준으로, 스티렌 부타디엔 스티렌 수지 100 중량부와 고무가루 40~70 중량부에 자일렌 200~400 중량부, 보강성충전제 3~6 중량부, 가교제 4~7 중량부, 노화방지제 2~5 중량부 및 산화방지제 2~5중량부로 조성된 것을 특징으로 하는 고무가루가 혼합된 스티렌 부타디엔 스티렌수지를 주성분으로하는 도막방수재.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 보강성 충전제는 카본 블랙인 것을 특징으로 하는 고무가루가 혼합된 스티렌 부타디엔 스티렌수지를 주성분으로하는 도막방수재.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 가교제는 아연화인 것을 특징으로 하는 고무가루가 혼합된 스티렌 부타디엔 스티렌수지를 주성분으로하는 도막방수재.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 노화방지제는 아민계, 비스페놀계, 모노페놀계 및 유황계 노화 방지제로 이루어진 군중에서 선택하여 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고무가루가 혼합된 스티렌 부타디엔 스티렌수지를 주성분으로하는 도막방수재.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 고무가루는 입자 크기가 100~160메쉬, 비중이 0.56인 것을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고무가루가 혼합된 스티렌 부타디엔 스티렌수지를 주성분으로하는 도막방수재.
- 도막방수재의 제조방법에 있어서,스티렌 부타디엔 스티렌 수지 100 중량부를 자일렌 200~400 중량부에 용해 시킨 후, 고무가루 40~70중량부를 첨가하고 점도 1500~3000cps에 도달할 때 까지 30~60℃에서 2~4시간 동안 교반하여 스티렌 부타디엔 스티렌 수지용액을 제조하는단계와,여기에 카본블랙 3~6 중량부, 아연화 4~7 중량부, 노화방지제 2~5 및 산화방지제 2~5중량부를 혼합하고 30~60℃에서 3~4시간 동안 교반 반응시켜 제조하는 단계를 거치는 것을 특징으로 하는 고무가루가 혼합된 스티렌 부타디엔 스티렌수지를 주성분으로하는 도막방수재의 제조방법.
