Abstract
Description
Claims (10)
- 극저온 정류를 수행하는 방법으로서,(A) 제 1 고휘발성분 및 제 2 저휘발성분을 포함하는 둘 이상의 성분으로 구성된 공급물을 칼럼의 내부로 유입시키는 단계와,(B) 상기 칼럼 내에서 증기-액체 역류 접촉을 실행시키는 단계로서, 상기 칼럼이 수직으로 적층된 다수의 구조화 패킹 모듈을 포함하며, 상기 구조화 패킹 모듈은 수직으로 배향되고 비스듬하게 교차적으로 주름진 다수 개의 제 1 및 제 2 패킹 시트를 교번적으로 포함하고, 각각의 제 1 패킹 시트는 자체 하단에 변형부를 가지며 각각의 제 2 패킹 시트는 자체 상단에 변형부를 가지는, 단계와,(C) 상기 공급물의 농도를 초과하는 농도의 제 1 고휘발성분을 갖는 상단 유체를 상기 칼럼의 상부로부터 회수하는 단계와, 그리고(D) 상기 공급물의 농도를 초과하는 농도의 제 2 저휘발성분을 갖는 바닥 유체를 상기 칼럼의 하부로부터 회수하는 단계를 포함하는 극저온 정류를 수행하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 공급물의 제 1 고휘발성분이 질소이고 상기 공급물의 제 2 저휘발성분이 산소인 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 공급물의 제 1 고휘발성분이 아르곤이고 상기 공급물의 제 2 저휘발성분이 산소인 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 한 모듈의 모든 제 1 및 제 2 패킹 시트의 하단 에지가 제 1 수평면을 형성하고 한 모듈의 모든 제 1 및 제 2 패킹 시트의 상단 에지가 제 2 수평면을 형성하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 한 모듈의 모든 제 1 및 제 2 패킹 시트의 상단 에지가 수평면을 형성하는 방법.
- 칼럼으로서,상기 칼럼 내로 유체를 유입시키기 위한 수단,상기 칼럼의 상부로부터 유체를 회수하기 위한 수단,상기 칼럼의 하부로부터 유체를 회수하기 위한 수단, 및수직으로 적층된 다수의 구조화 패킹 모듈을 포함하며, 그리고상기 구조화 패킹 모듈이 수직으로 배향되고 비스듬하게 교차적으로 주름진 다수 개의 제 1 및 제 2 패킹 시트를 교번적으로 포함하고, 각각의 제 1 패킹 시트는 자체 하단에 변형부를 가지며 각각의 제 2 패킹 시트는 자체 상단에 변형부를 가지는 칼럼.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 한 모듈의 모든 제 1 및 제 2 패킹 시트의 하단 에지가 제 1 수평면을 형성하고 한 모듈의 모든 제 1 및 제 2 패킹 시트의 상단 에지가 제 2 수평면을 형성하는 칼럼.
- 구조화 패킹 모듈로서,수직으로 배향되고 비스듬하게 교차적으로 주름진 다수 개의 제 1 및 제 2 패킹 시트를 교번적으로 포함하고, 각각의 제 1 패킹 시트는 자체 하단에 변형부를 가지며 각각의 제 2 패킹 시트는 자체 상단에 변형부를 가지는 구조화 패킹 모듈.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 모든 제 1 및 제 2 패킹 시트의 하단 에지가 제 1 수평면을 형성하고 모든 제 1 및 제 2 패킹 시트의 상단 에지가 제 2 수평면을 형성하는 구조화 패킹 모듈.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 모든 제 1 및 제 2 패킹 시트의 상단 에지가 수평면을 형성하는 구조화 패킹 모듈.
