Claims (3)
- 빔 또는 제트(3)의 전방에서 시임을 검출하는 제 1 센서(7; 예를 들어, 빔의 경우에는 시임검출시스템) 및/또는 미리 설정된 값이 상기 빔 또는 제트(3)에 의해 추종될 경로를 결정하며, 빔 또는 제트(3)의 후방에서 상기 빔 또는 제트의 동작을 모니터하기 위한 제 2 센서(9)가 상기 빔 또는 제트의 동작을 모니터하는, 소재 상에서의 가공을 위한 빔 또는 제트를 모니터하고 위치결정하기 위한 방법에 있어서,빔 또는 제트와 소재 사이의, 속도에 의존하는 상대적인 변위를 고려하면서, 빔 또는 제트(3)의 요구되는 위치에 관한, 상기 미리 설정된 값 또는 시임을 검출하는 제 1 센서(7)에 의해 얻어진 측정값은 상기 빔 또는 제트(3)의 실제위치에 관한, 상기 빔 또는 제트(3)의 후방에서 상기 빔 또는 제트의 동작을 모니터하기 위한 제 2 센서(9)에 의해 얻어진 측정값과 비교되며, 상기 실제위치가 요구되는 위치로부터 벗어나는 경우에 상기 빔 또는 제트(3)는 기본위치로 보정되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 소재 상에서의 가공을 위한 빔 또는 제트를 모니터하고 위치결정하기 위한 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 빔 또는 제트(3)의 요구되는 위치는 광구간 기술에 의해, 또는 광구간 기술 및 회색레벨 영상분석기술의 조합에 의해 검출되며, 상기 빔 또는 제트(3)의 실제위치는 회색레벨 영상분석기술에 의해, 또는 광구간 기술 및 회색레벨 영상분석기술의 조합에 의해 검출되고, 상기 검출된 위치들은 서로 비교되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 소재 상에서의 가공을 위한 빔 또는 제트를 모니터하고 위치결정하기 위한 방법.
- 빔 또는 제트(3)의 전방에서 시임을 검출하는 제 1 센서(7; 예를 들어, 빔의 경우에는 시임검출시스템) 및/또는 미리 설정된 값이 상기 빔 또는 제트(3)에 의해 추종될 경로를 결정하며, 빔 또는 제트(3)의 후방에서 상기 빔 또는 제트의 동작을 모니터하기 위한 제 2 센서(9)가 상기 빔 또는 제트의 동작을 모니터하는, 소재 상에서의 가공을 위한 빔 또는 제트를 모니터하고 위치결정하기 위한 장치에 있어서,상기 시임을 검출하는 제 1 센서(7) 및 빔 또는 제트(3)의 후방에서 상기 빔 또는 제트의 동작을 모니터하기 위한 제 2 센서(9)는 상기 2개의 센서(7, 9)에 의해 얻어진 측정값들을 비교하기 위한 제어유닛(8)에 연결되며, 상기 제어유닛(8)은 빔 또는 제트(3)와 소재 사이의 상대적인 변위를 위한 이동장치(6)에 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 소재 상에서의 가공을 위한 빔 또는 제트를 모니터하고 위치결정하기 위한 장치.
