Claims (10)
- 브레이크 라이닝(22)을 브레이크 디스크에 접촉시키기 위하여 플런저 축선(C) 방향으로 이동할 수 있는 적어도 하나의 플런저(46)와;브레이크의 작동을 위하여 횡축선(B)을 중심으로 회전할 수 있고 적어도 하나의 롤러 베어링(40) 내에 지지되는 적어도 하나의 편심부(38)와;작동력을 플런저(46)로 전달하기 위하여 베어링 셀(42)에 의해 편심부(38)에서 지지되는 롤링 몸체(44)를 포함하는 디스크 브레이크(10), 특히 트럭 또는 버스에 사용되는 활주(滑走) 캘리퍼 스폿형 또는 반작용 빔 스폿형 디스크 브레이크의 고정장치(28)에 있어서,상기 베어링 셀(42)은, 횡축선(B)을 중심으로 적어도 반경 방향 외측으로 돌출되며 롤러 베어링(40)의 케이지(84)와 맞물림하고 상기 케이지(84)를 브레이크의 해제와 동시에 한정된 초기 위치로 복귀시킬 수 있는 연장부(78)를 포함하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크 브레이크의 고정 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 롤링 몸체(44)의 베어링 셀(42)의 반경 방향으로 연장되는 연장부(78)는 서로 인접하여 배치된 롤러 베어링(40)의 다수의 케이지(84)와 결합할 수 있도록 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크 브레이크의 고정 장치.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 롤러 베어링(40)은 원통형 섹터 형상이고,연장부(78)는 브레이크의 해제와 동시에 롤러 베어링 케이지(84)의 자유 종방향 테두리(82)와 맞물리는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크 브레이크의 고정 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 롤러 베어링(40)은 니들 베어링, 특히 2열 니들 베어링인 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크 브레이크의 고정 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 롤링 몸체(44)의 베어링 셀(42)은 이동되지 않도록 편심부(38)에 완전하게 고정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크 브레이크의 고정 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 롤링 몸체(44)의 베어링 셀(42)은 횡축선(B)을 중심으로 회전하지 않도록 편심부(38)에 완전하게 고정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크 브레이크의 고정 장치.
- 제 5 항 또는 제 6 항에 있어서, 축 방향에서 이동 및 회전하지 않도록 베어링 셀(42)을 고정하는 것은 편심부 측부 상의 베어링 셀(42)의 융기부(70)에 의해서 달성되며, 상기 융기부는 편심부(38) 내의 홈 형상의 블라인드 구멍(72) 내로 연장되는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크 브레이크의 고정 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 롤링 몸체(44)의 베어링 셀(42)은 베어링 셀의 면 단부 테두리(74)로부터 반경 방향의 내측으로 연장되고 축 방향으로 이동하지 않도록 롤링 몸체(44)들을 고정시키는 하나 또는 다수의 돌출부(76)들을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크 브레이크의 고정 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 각각의 돌출부(76)는 베어링 셀(42)과 일체로 연결되어 있는 러그에 의해 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크 브레이크의 고정 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 롤링 몸체(44)의 베어링 셀(42)은 실질적으로 중공 원통형 섹터 형상을 가지고, 180도 내지 200도의 각도 범위를 커버하는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크 브레이크의 고정 장치.
