- 광신호를 검출하는 캔형 포토 다이오드와;상기 캔형 포토 다이오드를 감싸며 설치되고, 상부에는 상기 캔형 포토 다이오드가 광신호를 수신할 수 있도록 광통구가 형성된 제1하우징과;상기 광통구를 향하며 상기 캔형 포토 다이오드와 대향되게 설치되고, 입사되는 광신호를 위한 광섬유와 반사되는 광신호를 위한 광섬유, 이 두 개의 광섬유를 수용하는 패럴을 포함하는 듀얼 콜리메이터와;상기 듀얼 콜리메이터와 상기 캔형 포토 다이오드 사이에 설치되어 상기 듀얼 콜리메이터를 통과한 광신호 중 특정 파장 대역만을 통과시키고, 그 외의 파장 대역은 반사되는 광신호를 위한 광섬유로 반사시키는 밴드 패스 필터와;상기 제1하우징의 상부에서 상기 듀얼 콜리메이터의 외주면을 감싸며 설치되어 상기 제1하우징과 상기 듀얼 콜리메이터를 고정하는 제2하우징과;상기 제2하우징과 상기 듀얼 콜리메이터의 상부를 감싸며 설치되어 상기 듀얼 콜리메이터의 화이버를 보호하는 부트;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다채널용 파장분할 수광소자.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 듀얼 콜리메이터와 상기 제2하우징과, 상기 제1하우징과 상기 제2하우징은 레이저 용접에 의해 고정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 다채널용 파장분할 수광소자.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 듀얼 콜리메이터의 외벽은 스테인레스 스틸로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 다채널용 파장분할 수광소자.
