Claims (3)
- 내연기관의 운전상태를 검출하는 센서수단과, 상기 내연기관의 크랭크샤프트의 회전에 동기해서 상기 내연기관의 흡기용 및 배기용의 각 밸브를 구동하는 흡기용 및 배기용의 캠샤프트와, 상기 흡기용 및 배기용의 캠샤프트의 적어도 한쪽에 결합된 액추에이터와, 상기 액추에이터를 구동하기 위한 유압을 공급하는 유압공급장치와, 상기 내연기관의 운전상태에 따라 상기 유압공급장치에서 상기 액추에이터의 공급유압을 제어하고, 상기 크랭크샤프트에 대한 상기 캠샤프트의 상대위상을 변경하는 제어수단과, 상기 크랭크샤프트의 회전위치를 검출하는 크랭크각센서와, 상기 캠샤프트의 회전위치를 검출하는 캠각센서를 구비하고, 상기 액추에이터는 상기 상대위상의 변경범위를 설정하기 위한 지각유압실 및 진각유압실과, 상기 상대위상을 상기 변경범위내의 록위치에 설정하기 위한 록기구와, 상기 유압공급장치에서 공급되는 소정유압에 응답해서 상기 록기구를 해제하기 위한 록해제기구를 소유하고, 상기 제어수단은, 상기 내연기관의 운전상태가 시동시를 표시하는 경우에는, 상기 록기구를 구동해서 상기 상대위상을 상기 록위치에 제어하고, 상기 내연기관의 운전상태가 시동후를 표시하는 경우에는 상기 록해제기구에 의해 상기 록기구를 해제하는 동시에 상기 유압공급장치에서 상기 지각유압실 및 상기 진각유압실에의 공급유압을 제어해서 상기 상대위상의 지각제어 및 진각제어를 실행하고 상기 운전상태가 냉기아이들상태를 표시하는 경우에는 상기 상대위상을 최진각측 또는 최지각측에 제어하는 동시에 상기 최진각측 또는 최지각측에서의 상기 크랭크각센서의검출치와 상기 캠각센서의 검출치와의 상대위상차를 기준위치로 해서 학습기억하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관의 밸브타이밍제어장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 제어수단은, 상기 냉기아이들상태에서의 상기 캠샤프트의 제어방향을, 상기 내연기관의 배기가스온도가 상승하도록 설정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관의 밸브타이밍제어장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 제어수단은, 상기 운전상태가 난기상태를 표시할때에 상기 기준위치가 학습기억되어 있지 않을때는, 상기 캠샤프트의 상대위상을 상기 최진각측 또는 상기 최지각측에 제어해서, 상기 크랭크각센서의 검출치와, 상기 캠각센서의 검출치와의 상대위상차를 상기 기준위치로서 학습기억하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관의 밸브타이밍제어장치.
