Description
Claims (10)
- (a) 폴리이소시아네이트 화합물과 제1 폴리올 화합물이 반응하여 생성된 양말단이 이소시아네이트기로 이루어진 우레탄 프리폴리머 10 ~ 30 중량부;(b) 양말단이 하이드록실기인 제2 폴리올 화합물 30 ~ 50 중량부;(c) 상기 우레탄 프리폴리머의 이소시아네이트 말단기와 상기 제2 폴리올 화합물의 하이드록실기의 부가반응을 촉진하는 촉매화합물 0.05 ~ 0.5 중량부;(d) 입경 5 ~ 20㎛의 기계적 강도 향상을 위한 충전제 20 ~ 50 중량부;(e) 가소제 1 ~ 5 중량부; 및(f) 상기 부가반응이 조기에 일어나는 것을 방지하기 위한 안정제 0.05 ~ 0.2 중량부를 포함하며, 상기 폴리이소시아네이트 화합물의 이소시아네이트기/상기 제1 및 제2 폴리올 화합물의 총하이드록실기의 몰비가 0.65 ~ 1.3인 조성물이 경화되어 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 가로수 보호판.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 조성물은 이관능성 사슬연장제 5 ~ 10 중량부를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 가로수 보호판.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 사슬연장제는 물, 1,2-프로판디올, 1,3-프로판디올, 1,2-부탄디올, 1,3-부탄디올, 1,4-부탄디올, 히드라진, 에틸렌디아민, 1,2-디메틸에틸렌디아민, 프로필렌디아민, 테트라메틸렌디아민, 펜타메틸렌디아민, 헥사메틸렌디아민, 4,4'-(1,3-페닐렌이소프로필리덴)비스아닐린, 4,4'-(1,4-페닐렌이소프로필리덴)비스아닐린 또는 이들의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 가로수 보호판.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1 및 제2 폴리올 화합물은 폴리에틸렌 글리콜, 폴리프로필렌 글리콜, 폴리테트라메틸렌 글리콜, 폴리펜타메틸렌 글리콜, 폴리헥사메틸렌 글리콜, 관능기 3 ~ 5의 폴리프로필렌 폴리올, C3 ~ C10의 지방족 디카르복실산과 C2 ~ C10의 지방족 디올 또는 프탈산의 탈수축합되어 생성된 폴리올 또는 이들의 혼합물이고, 분자량이 200 ~ 4000인 것을 특징으로 하는 가로수 보호판.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리이소시아네이트 화합물은 2,4-톨릴렌 디이소시아네이트, 2,5-톨릴렌 디이소시아네이트, 2,6-톨릴렌 디이소시아네이트, 4,4'-디페닐메탄 디이소시아네이트, 2,4'-디페닐메탄 디이소시아네이트, 1,4-페닐렌 디이소시아네이트, 헥사메틸렌 디이소시아네이트 또는 이들의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는가로수 보호판.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 촉매화합물은 디부틸 틴 디라우레이트, 테트라 n-부틸티타네이트, 테트라 에틸렌 티타네이트, 스태너스 옥토에이트(stannous octoate), 레드 옥토에이트(lead octoate), 트리에틸아민, 디에틸렌 트리아민, 헥사메틸렌 디아민, 디모폴리노 디에틸 에테르, 비스(2,6-디메틸모폴리노) 디에틸 에테르, 비스[2-(4-모폴리노)프로필] 에테르, 비스[2-{4-(2,6-디메틸모폴리노)}프로필] 에테르디에틸렌 트리아민, 또는 이들의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 가로수 보호판.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 충전제는 탈크, 탄산칼슘, 이산화티타늄, 알루미나, 실리카, 카본 블랙, 점토 또는 이들의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 가로수 보호판.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 가소제는 디부틸 프탈레이트, 디옥틸 프탈레이트, 파라핀 오일, 아로마틱 오일, 캠퍼, 디-이소-옥틸 아디페이트, 디부틸 세바세이트, 디옥틸 세바세이트, 디-이소데실 프탈레이트, 디-이소-옥틸 프탈레이트, 디메틸 프탈레이트, 트리페닐 포스페이트, 트리톨릴 포스페이트, 또는 이들의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 가로수 보호판.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 안정제는 2-에틸헥실 애시드 포스페이트인 것을 특징으로 하는 가로수 보호판.
- 제1 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 가로수 보호판은 보도블록과의 경계석과 일체형인 것을 특징으로 하는 가로수 보호판.
