Abstract
Description
Claims (22)
- 인공 치아가 고정되는 상부의 지대치 영역;악골에 식립되는 하부의 인공 치근 영역; 및상기 지대치 영역과 상기 인공 치근 영역 사이에 형성된 골조직 부착대인 결착 영역을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 일체형의 치과용 임플란트.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 인공 치근 영역의 하부에 형성되어 골조직을 절삭하는 동시에 골편을 압축하는 절삭 및 압밀 수단을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 치과용 임플란트.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 절삭 및 압밀 수단은 악골을 절단하기 위하여 상기 인공 치근 영역의 하단으로부터 형성된 제1 절삭날, 제2 절삭날 및 제3 절삭날을 포함하며, 상기 제1 내지 제3 절삭날의 일측 상부로부터 각기 상방으로 경사지게 연장되어 절단된 골편을 압축하는 경사부들이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 치과용 임플란트.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 제1 내지 제3 절삭날은 상기 인공 치근 영역의 하부에 소정의 경사를 가지고 균일한 간격으로 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 치과용 임플란트.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 지대치 영역의 상에는 인공 치아를 고정하기 위한 치아 캡이 장착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 치과용 임플란트.
- 제5항에 있어서,상기 치아 캡은 상기 지대치 영역에 대응하는 내부 형상을 가지며, 아크릴 레진으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 치과용 임플란트.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 지대치 영역의 표면은 기계 가공 처리되며, 상기 결착 영역 및 상기 인공 치근 영역의 표면은 블래스팅 처리되는 것을 특징으로 하는 치과용 임플란트.
- 제7항에 있어서,상기 결착 영역 및 상기 인공 치근 영역은 1.0∼2.0㎛의 평균 표면 거칠기를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 치과용 임플란트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 결착 영역은 악골의 피질골에 대응하여 1∼3㎜의 길이를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 치과용 임플란트.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 지대치 영역은 상기 치아 보철물이 고정되는 상부, 상기 임플란트의 변연부를 형성하기 위한 챔퍼부 그리고 구강 내의 접합 상피 및 결합 조직대의 폐쇄를 유지하는 만곡 경부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 치과용 임플란트.
- 제10항에 있어서,상기 만곡 경부는 연조직이 부착되는 결체조직 부착부를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 치과용 임플란트.
- 제10항에 있어서,상기 지대치 영역의 상부는 수직축에 대하여 4∼6°의 각도로 그 직경이 작아지는 구조를 가지며, 일측이 평탄하게 형성되고 나머지 부분이 원형으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 치과용 임플란트.
- 제10항에 있어서,상기 지대치 영역의 상부의 일측에는 상기 임플란트의 식립을 위한 마운트의 이탈을 방지하는 삽입홈이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 치과용 임플란트.
- 제11항에 있어서,상기 지대치 영역의 결체조직 부착부의 외주면에는 다수의 미세 홈들이 형성되며, 상기 결체조직 부착부는 0.5∼1.5㎜의 길이를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 치과용 임플란트.
- 제14항에 있어서,상기 미세 홈들은 각기 15∼25㎛의 깊이와 30∼50㎛의 간격을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 치과용 임플란트.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 결착 영역은 상기 지대치 영역으로부터 하방을 향하여 점차 작아지는 직경을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 치과용 임플란트.
- 제16항에 있어서,상기 결착 영역의 외주면에는 0.15∼0.25㎛의 피치간격 및 80∼120°의 나사 각도를 갖는 다수의 미세 나사홈들이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 치과용 임플란트.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 인공 치근 영역의 외주면에는 300∼500㎛의 깊이 및 700∼900㎛의 피치를 갖는 나사산이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 치과용 임플란트.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 인공 치근 영역의 외주면에는 제1 나사산 및 제2 나사산이 교대로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 치과용 임플란트.
- 제19항에 있어서,상기 제1 및 제2 나사산은 각기 300∼500㎛의 깊이 및 400∼600㎛의 상호 피치를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 치과용 임플란트.
