Description
Claims (13)
- 회전 샤프트를 갖는 터보기계에의 사용을 위한 로브를 구비한 로우터에 있어서,판금 스트립이고, 상기 로우터의 상기 로브의 요구되는 형상과 일치하는 외형 만곡을 갖는 쉘 부재를 갖는 로우터 쉘과;상기 로우터를 상기 회전 샤프트에 결합하는 결합부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 로우터.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 로우터 쉘은 복수의 상기 쉘 부재를 가지며, 상기 각각의 쉘 부재는 상기 로우터 쉘의 외주방향으로 분할된 형상(circumferentially split shape)를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 로우터.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 결합부는 상기 로우터 쉘의 개방 단부를 덮는 측판을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 로우터.
- 제 3항에 있어서,상기 측판은 공기 구멍을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 로우터.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 쉘 부재의 단부면을 봉합하는 하나 이상의 이음매 부분을 더욱 포함하고, 상기 이음매 부분은 상기 로우터의 상기 로브의 정점으로부터 오프셋되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 로우터.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 로우터 쉘의 내부에 배치되어, 상기 로우터 쉘을 보강하는 보강 부재를 더욱 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 로우터.
- 제 6항에 있어서,상기 보강부재는 상기 로우터 쉘과 상기 회전 샤프트를 연결하는 핀인 것을 특징으로 하는 로우터.
- 제 6항에 있어서,상기 보강부재는 상기 로우터 쉘의 내부 외형에 일치하는 외부 외형을 갖는 판인 것을 특징으로 하는 로우터.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 복수의 로우터 쉘은 축방향으로 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 로우터.
- 회전 샤프트를 갖는 터보기계에의 사용을 위한 로브를 구비한 로우터에 있어서,상기 로우터는,판금 스트립이고, 상기 로우터의 상기 로브의 요구되는 형상과 일치하는 외형 만곡을 갖는 쉘 부재를 갖는 로우터 쉘과;상기 로우터 쉘의 개방 단부를 덮는 측판을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 로우터.
- 판금 스트립으로 만들어진 하나 또는 복수의 쉘 부재를 로우터 로브의 형상의 필요한 외형과 일치하도록 굽히는 단계와;로우터 쉘을 형성하기 위하여 상기 쉘 부재의 단부면을 접촉시키고 이음매를 만드는 단계와;결합부를 통하여 상기 로우터 쉘을 회전 샤프트에 부착시키는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 로우터 제작방법.
- 제 11항에 있어서,다이 내에서 상기 로우터 쉘을 가압함으로써 상기 로우터 쉘을 개주하는 단계를 더욱 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 로우터 제작방법.
- 회전 샤프트에 부착된 로브를 갖는 로우터를 포함하는 로터리 펌프에 있어서,상기 로우터는,판금 스트립이고, 상기 로우터의 상기 로브의 요구되는 형상과 일치하는 외형 만곡을 갖는 쉘 부재를 갖는 로우터 쉘과;상기 로우터를 상기 회전 샤프트에 결합하는 결합부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 로터리 펌프.
