Claims (7)
- 저분자량의 폴리스티렌 수지를 용매에 녹인 후 유기화된 몬모릴로나이트와 혼합건조하여 마스터 배치를 만드는 단계; 및 상기 마스터 배치와 스티렌계 블록공중합체와 용융혼합하는 단계를 포함하는 스티렌계 블록공중합체의 나노복합재 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 저분자량의 폴리스티렌은 분자량이 5,000∼20,000g/mol 임을 특징으로 하는 스티렌계 블록공중합체의 나노복합재 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 용매는 테트라하이드로퓨란인 것임을 특징으로 하는 스티렌계 블록공중합체의 나노복합재 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 용매는 저분자량 폴리스티렌 100 중량부에 대하여 100∼600 중량부로 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 스티렌계 블록공중합체의 나노복합재 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 유기화된 몬모릴로나이트는 저분자량 폴리스티렌 100 중량부에 대하여 50∼200 중량부로 되도록 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 스티렌계 블록공중합체의 나노복합재 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 스티렌계 블록공중합체는 스티렌-부타디엔-스티렌 블록공중합체, 스티렌-에틸부틸-스티렌 블록공중합체, 및 스티렌-아이소프렌-스티렌 블록공중합체 중에서 선택된 1종 이상임을 특징으로 하는 스티렌계 블록공중합체의 나노복합재 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 마스터 배치의 스티렌계 블록공중합체의 용융혼합시 스티렌계 블록공중합체 100 중량부에 대하여 유기화된 몬모릴로나이트가 3∼10 중량부가 되도록 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 스티렌계 블록공중합체의 나노복합재 제조방법.
