Claims (6)
- 캘린더 장치의 캘린더 로울러를 상이한 캘린더 로울러와 교체하기 위한 방법으로서, 상기 캘린더 장치는 그 사이에 상기 캘린더 로울러를 회전가능하게 클램핑하고 있는 축방향으로 정렬된 제 1 및 제 2 회전가능한 클램핑 및 지지 수단을 갖는 캘린더 장치의 캘린더 로울러의 교체 방법에 있어서,상기 제 1과 제 2 회전가능한 클램핑 및 지지 수단 사이의 간격을 증가시킴으로써 상기 로울러의 클램핑을 해제하는 단계와;상기 로울러를 제거하는 단계와;상기 제 1과 제 2 클램핑 및 지지 수단 사이의 위치로 상이한 캘린더 로울러를 이동시키는 단계와;상기 제 1과 제 2 클램핑 및 지지 수단 사이의 간격을 감소시켜서 상이한 캘린더 로울러의 각 단부를 상기 제 1 및 제 2 클램핑 및 지지 수단과 결합시킴으로써 상기 상이한 캘린더 로울러를 상기 제 1 및 제 2 클램핑 및 지지 수단 사이에 클램핑하는 단계와;상기 상이한 로울러상에 가해지는 클램핑력의 크기를 제어하는 단계를 포함하며,상기 클램핑력은, 상기 로울러와 제 1 및 제 2 클램핑 및 지지 수단상에 정합하는 원추형 표면을 제공하고, 그러고 상기 제 1 및 제 2 클램핑 및 지지 수단이 상기 상이한 로울러와 결합한 후 상기 제 1 및 제 2 클램핑 및 지지 수단 사이의간격을 조절함으로써 제어되는캘린더 장치의 캘린더 로울러의 교체 방법.
- 복수의 캘린더 장치를 갖는 캘린더 시스템에서 복수의 캘린더 로울러를 상이한 로울러와 교체하기 위한 방법으로서, 2개 이상의 캘린더 장치가 상이한 로울러에 의하여 대체되는 적어도 하나의 캘린더 로울러를 갖고, 상기 캘린더 장치가 축방향으로 정렬된 제 1 및 제 2 클램핑 및 지지 수단을 가지며, 상기 제 1 및 제 2 클램핑 및 지지 수단은 그 사이에 교체될 캘린더 로울러를 클램핑하는, 캘린더 장치의 캘린더 로울러의 교체 방법에 있어서,상기 캘린더 시스템내의 교체대상의 복수의 캘린더 로울러와 교환될 복수의 상이한 로울러를 수납하는 스테이징 영역(staging area)을 특정하는 단계와;이송기구에 의하여 상기 복수의 상이한 로울러를 상기 캘린더 시스템으로 한번에 이송하는 단계와;상기 이송기구내에 상기 교체대상의 로울러를 파지하는 단계와;상기 교체대상의 로울러를 그들의 제 1 및 제 2의 각 클램핑 및 지지 수단으로부터 클램핑 해제하는 단계와;상기 이송기구를 시프팅하는 단계와;상기 상이한 로울러를 각각의 캘린더 장치의 각각의 제 1과 제 2의 클램핑 및 지지 수단 사이에 클램핑하는 단계와;상기 이송기구에 의하여 상기 파지된 교체대상의 로울러를 상기 캘린더 장치로부터 멀리 떨어져 있는 영역으로 이송하는 단계를 포함하는캘린더 장치의 캘린더 로울러의 교체 방법.
- 탄성중합체성 콤포넌트를 형성하기 위한 캘린더 장치에 있어서,제 1 및 제 2 단부를 가지며, 상기 제 2 단부가 상기 제 1 단부에 대하여 미끄럼이동가능한, 프레임과;적어도 2개의 대체로 원통형의 캘린더 로울러로서, 각 원통형 로울러는 중공형이고, 제 1 및 제 2 단부를 가지며, 상기 제 1 및 제 2 단부가 원추형으로 테이퍼진 상기 캘린더 로울러와;상기 캘린더 로울러를 그들의 제 1 및 제 2 단부에서 클램핑 및 지지하기 위한 수단으로서, 상기 캘린더 로울러는 회전가능하게 지지되고 그들의 축선이 서로 평행하도록 서로 인접하게 위치되며, 상기 클램핑 및 지지 수단은 상기 로울러의 축방향으로 이동가능하여 상기 클램핑력을 변화시키는 상기 클램핑 및 지지 수단과;적어도 하나의 상기 회전가능한 클램핑 및 지지 수단을 회전시키기 위한 수단을 포함하는캘린더 장치.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 로울러의 단부를 클램핑 및 지지하기 위한 수단은 상기 로울러의 원추형 단부와 정합하는 원추형 표면을 갖는 회전가능한 허브인캘린더 장치.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 허브는 적어도 6°의 각도로 원추형으로 테이퍼진캘린더 장치.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 로울러의 단부는 적어도 6°의 각도로 원추형으로 테이퍼진캘린더 장치.
