Description
Claims (5)
- 견사 단백질을 분해하여 펩타이드를 제조함에 있어서,견사 단백질 1 중량부를 염화칼슘 3 내지 7 중량부, 에탄올 1.5 내지 3.5 부피부(v/w) 및 물 3 내지 7 부피부(v/w)로 이루어진 용액에 가하여 85 내지 95℃에서 1 내지 3시간 교반하여 단백질을 용해시키는 용해단계;상기 용해단계에서 얻어진 견사 단백질 용액을 20 내지 65℃에서 25 내지 60시간 동안 투석하여 염을 제거하는 투석단계; 및상기 투석단계를 거친 0.1 내지 10.0%(w/v) 농도의 견사 단백질 용액에 브로멜라인을 0.1 내지 3.0%(w/v) 가하여 25 내지 30℃에서 1 내지 5시간 반응시키는 분해단계;를 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 효소분해에 의한 견사 펩타이드의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 분해단계 이후에 견사 단백질 분해용액을 가열처리하여 브로멜리인의 활성을 제거하는 효소 불활성화 단계를 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 효소분해에 의한 견사 펩타이드의 제조방법.
