Claims (9)
- (a) (i) NCO 함량이 3 내지 16 %이고,(ii) 평균 관능가가 1.8 내지 4이고,(iii) 알로파네이트기 함량 (C2HN2O3로 계산, 분자량: 101)이 5 내지 35 %이고,(iv) 산소를 통하여 알로파네이트기에 결합되어 있으며 평균 2 내지 23개의 탄소 원자를 갖는 탄화수소 사슬 함량이 10 내지 65 %인,헤테로알로파네이트기 및 방향족 결합 이소시아네이트기를 함유한 폴리이소시아네이트 성분 및(b) 이소시아네이트-반응성 성분을 포함하는 본질적으로 무용매인 결합제 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리이소시아네이트 성분의(i) NCO 함량이 5 내지 13%이고,(ii) 평균 관능가가 1.9 내지 3이고,(iii) 알로파네이트기 함량이 10 내지 23 %이고,(iv) 평균 8 내지 23개의 탄소 원자를 갖는 탄화수소 사슬 함량이 18 내지 53 %인 결합제 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 이소시아네이트-반응성기가 히드록실기 또는 아미노기인 결합제 조성물.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 이소시아네이트-반응성기가 히드록실기 또는 아미노기인 결합제 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 이소시아네이트-반응성기가 가역적으로 블록킹된 아미노기인 결합제 조성물.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 이소시아네이트-반응성기가 가역적으로 블록킹된 아미노기인 결합제 조성물.
- a1) 이소시아네이트기 함량이 30 내지 60 %인 선형 지방족 디이소시아네이트와 a2) 2 내지 23개의 탄소 원자의 탄화수소 사슬 및 1.5 미만의 평균 관능가를 갖는 히드록실 성분을 NCO/OH 당량비가 약 1.0:1.0 내지 0.5:1.0이 되도록 반응시켜 우레탄기를 함유하는 화합물을 생성하고, 이 화합물을 과량의 a3) 이소시아네이트기 함량이 35 내지 53 %인 방향족 디이소시아네이트 성분과 반응시켜 상기 우레탄기를 알로파네이트기로 전환시키고, 이어서 미반응된 디이소시아네이트 성분 (a3)를 그 함량이 폴리이소시아네이트 중량 기준으로 0.5 % 미만이 되도록 제거하는 것을 포함하는,(i) NCO 함량이 3 내지 16 %이고,(ii) 평균 관능가가 1.8 내지 4이고,(iii) 알로파네이트기 함량 (C2HN2O3로 계산, 분자량: 101)이 5 내지 35 %이고,(iv) 산소를 통하여 알로파네이트기에 결합되어 있으며 평균 2 내지 23개의 탄소 원자를 갖는 탄화수소 사슬 함량이 10 내지 65 %인, 헤테로알로파네이트기 및 방향족 결합 이소시아네이트기를 함유한 폴리이소시아네이트의 제조 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 디이소시아네이트 성분 (a3)이 2,4- 및(또는) 2,6-톨릴렌 디이소시아네이트를 포함하는 방법.
- 결합제로서 제1항에 따른 결합제 조성물을 함유하는 코팅 조성물.
