Description
Claims (21)
- 적어도 3-펜텐산을 또한 함유하는 용액 내에 용해된 팔라듐의 적어도 일부를 단리하는 방법으로서, 적어도 일부의 팔라듐을 함유하는 수성상을 포함하는 2 층의 액상을 얻기 위하여, 상기 용액을 염산 수용액으로 산성화하고 교반하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 사용된 염산 수용액은 용액의 총중량에 대하여 염산을 5 중량 %내지 40 중량 %로 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 염산 수용액은 처리될 용액의 0.2 내지 2 배의 부피비로 첨가되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 2 액상의 형성은, 산성화 반응 동안, 단순히 염산 수용액의 첨가에 의해 얻어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 처리될 상기 용액은 방향족, 지방족 또는 지환족 탄화수소 또는 염화방향족, 염화지방족 또는 염화지환족 탄화수소와 같은 본질적으로 수불혼화성인 용매를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 2 개의 액상의 분리는 산성화 후, 산성화와 동시에, 또는 산성화 전에 수불혼화성인 유기 용매를 가함으로써 얻어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 추출을 수행하기 위하여 첨가되는 상기 유기 용매는 조작 조건에서 액체이고 본질적으로 수불혼화성인, 방향족, 지방족 또는 지환족 탄화수소 및 염화방향족, 염화지방족 또는 염화지환족 탄화수소로부터 선택되어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 유기 용매는 벤젠, 톨루엔, 크실렌, 클로로벤젠, 시클로헥산, 부타디엔, 부텐, 헥산, 헵탄, 옥탄, 노난, 데칸, 운데칸 및 도데칸과 같은 알칸, 및 이러한 용매들의 몇 가지의 다양한 혼합물들로부터 선택되어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 부타디엔의 펜텐산으로의 히드록시카르보닐화 반응에서 유래되는 혼합물로부터 팔라듐 기재 촉매를 단리하기 위해 적용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 밀도 분리 후에 얻어지는 상기 2 상은 펜텐산의 초기량의 반이상, 부텐 및 부타디엔의 대부분 및 처리될 상기 용액 내에 존재할 수 있는 디카르복실산 일부를 함유하는 유기상; 및 팔라듐 양의 반 이상 및 처리될 상기 용액 내에 존재할 수 있는 디카르복실산 일부를 함유하는 수성상으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 팔라듐을 함유하는 상기 수성상은 새로운 부타디엔 히드록시카르보닐화 반응에서 재사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 11 항에 있어서, 상기 재사용은 염산의 양을 히드록시카르보닐화 반응에 알맞은 양으로 맞추기 위해, 함유하고 있던 염산의 일부를 증류 제거한 후에 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 12 항에 있어서, 물/염화 수소 공비혼합물에 상응하는, 생성된 염산 용액이, 필요한 만큼 가득 가한 후에, 처리될 초기 용액을 산성화하는데 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 적어도 3-펜텐산을 또한 함유하는 용액내에 용해된 팔라듐의 적어도 일부를 단리하는 방법으로서, 염산 수용액에 의해서 산성화되기 전에, 처리될 용액으로부터 펜텐산의 적어도 일부를 증류하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 14 항에 있어서, 팔라듐의 침전을 방지하기 위하여, 상기 중류는 110 ℃ 이하의 온도에서 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 15 항에 있어서, 상기 증류는 105 ℃ 이하의 온도에서 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 14 항에 있어서, 상기 증류는 대기압 또는 2 kPa 내지 7 kPa 와 같이 대기압보다 낮은 압력에서 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 14 항에 있어서, 팔라듐을 함유하는 증류 후에 생성된 잔류물은 염산 수용액을 사용하여 처리되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 18 항에 있어서, 사용된 염산 수용액은 증류 잔류물의 중량에 대해 염산을 5 중량% 내지 40 중량%로 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 18 항 또는 제 19 항에 있어서, 팔라듐을 함유하는 산성화 수용액은 새로운 부타디엔 히드록시카르보닐화 반응에서 재사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 20 항에 있어서, 상기 재사용은 과량의 염산을 증류한 후에 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
