Claims (2)
- 산지 해역에서 채취되어 자연건조된 녹미채 원초를 물 세척하므로서 녹미채 원초에 부착되어 있는 각종 이물질을 제거하는 세척공정(1)과,상기의 세척공정(1)을 거친 후, 녹미채 원초를 찜통의 내부에 투입하여 3 ~ 4기압의 조건하에서 170 ~ 190℃의 증기로 3 ~ 5시간 동안 찜질처리하는 찜 가공공정(2)과,상기의 찜 가공공정(2)을 거친 후, 찜 가공된 녹미채 원초를 열풍건조기의 내부에 투입하여 녹미채 원초의 수분함유량이 10 ~ 15%가 되도록 녹미채 원초를 건조시키는 건조공정(3)을 거치는 것에 있어서,상기의 건조공정(3)을 거친 후에는, 건조녹미채(M)를 진공동결건조기의 내부에 투입하여 진공조건하에서 건조온도를 -60 ~ -50℃, 건조시간을 4 ~ 6 시간으로 하여 건조녹미채(M)의 수분함유량이 8 ~ 9%가 되도록 멸균건조시키는 진공동결건조공정(4)과,상기의 진공동결건조공정(4)을 거친 후, 제트분쇄기(30)에 의하여 건조녹미채(M)를 분쇄시키는 분쇄단계(5a)와, 분쇄된 분말녹미채(P)와 분쇄되지 않은 건조녹미채(M)를 분급기(20)로 순환시키는 순환단계(5b)와, 분급기(20)로 유입된 녹미채(P,M)를 입도별로 분급시켜 제트분쇄기(30)와 제품배출관(20b)으로 나누어 공급하는 분급단계(5c)가 반복적으로 순환되는 분말가공공정(5)을 거치므로서, 건조녹미채(M)를 5 ~ 20μm의 입도를 가지는 미세한 분말로 가공처리하는 것을 특징으로하는 초 미립자 녹미채의 제조방법.
