Description
Claims (11)
- 전지 외장 캔의 개구 단부와 밀봉판을 레이저 용접하여 전지를 밀봉한 레이저 밀봉 전지이며,정극, 부극 및 분리기를 포함하며 상기 전지 외장 캔에 수납되는 발전 요소를 포함하고,상기 전극 및 부극은 각각 집전체를 포함하고, 한 쪽 집전체는 상기 전지 외장 캔의 개구 단부와 밀봉판 사이에 개재되고 레이저 용접에 의해 상기 전지 외장 캔의 개구 단부와 밀봉판에 용접되는 것을 특징으로 하는 레이저 밀봉 전지.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 발전 요소가 정극과 부극을 분리기를 거쳐서 권취한 와권 전극체이며, 와권 전극체의 최외주 부분에 집전체가 위치하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 레이저 밀봉 전지.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 발전 요소가 정극과 부극을 분리기를 거쳐서 권취한 와권 전극체이며, 와권 전극체의 최외주 부분에 정극 또는 부극의 코어를 배치하고, 코어로부터 집전체를 취출하며 코어의 적어도 일부분이 전지 외장 캔 내면과 접촉하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 레이저 밀봉 전지.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 밀봉판이, 상기 밀봉판과 밀봉판 하면에고정되어 있는 한 쪽 극 집전 단자와의 사이에 절연판이 배치되어 있으며, 또 상기 절연판은 상기 다른 쪽 집전체와 한 쪽 극 집전 단자를 절연하는 벽부를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 레이저 밀봉 전지.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 집전체는 상기 한 쪽 극판의 코어의 일부분에 절결부를 두어 상기 절결부를 접음으로써 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 레이저 밀봉 전지.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 절결부 하면에는 최외주 부분의 코어와 동일 극성의 부재가 위치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 레이저 밀봉 전지.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 절결부는 대략 ㄷ자형인 것을 특징으로 하는 레이저 밀봉 전지.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 절결부는 와권 전극체의 권취 방향에 대해 먼저 권취되는 절결부의 한 변이 와권 전극체 상부 방향으로부터 하부 방향으로 경사진 슬릿을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 레이저 밀봉 전지.
- 제3항에 있어서, 전지 외장 캔 및 최외주 부분에 배치된 코어가, 알루미늄 또는 알루미늄 합금으로 된 것을 특징으로 하는 레이저 밀봉 전지.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 전지 외장 캔의 개구 단면이 직사각형 또는 긴 원형인 것을 특징으로 하는 레이저 밀봉 전지.
- 제2항에 있어서, 와권 전극체의 단면 형상이 긴 원형(비진원형)인 것을 특징으로 하는 레이저 밀봉 전지.
