Claims (4)
- 솔레노이드 밸브의 제어에 따라 유로 절환이 이루어지는 변속 제어 밸브의 작동에 의해 선택적으로 유압을 공급받는 작동요소를 보유하는 유압 제어시스템에 있어서,상기 변속 제어 밸브와 작동요소를 연결하는 유로에 어큐뮬레이터를 배치하되, 상기 어큐뮬레이터는 라인압을 제어압으로 공급받을 수 있도록 스위칭 밸브와 연결되며, 상기 스위칭 밸브는 변속 제어 밸브와 동시 제어될 수 있도록 상기 솔레노이드 밸브와 연결함을 특징으로 하는 차량용 자동 변속기의 유압 제어시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 변속 제어 밸브는 솔레노이드 밸브로부터 공급되는 제어압이 공급되는 제1 포트와, 라인압을 공급받는 제2 포트와, 상기 제2포트로 공급되는 유압을 작동요소로 공급하는 제3 포트를 보유하는 밸브보디와;상기 제1 포트로 공급되는 제어압에 작용하는 제1 랜드와, 상기 제2포트 및 제3 포트를 선택적으로 개폐하는 제2 랜드를 포함하여 이루어지며, 상기 제2 랜드의 일측으로는 스프링이 배치되는 밸브스풀을 포함하여 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 차량용 자동 변속기의 유압 제어시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 어큐뮬레이터는 밸브보디내에서 슬라이드 되는 피스톤과, 이의 피스톤을 작동요소 유로측으로 밀어주는 탄발력을 발휘하는 스프링이 탄지되며, 스프링이 탄지되는 측은 상대측에 비하여 유압 작용 단면적이 상대적으로 작게 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 차량용 자동 변속기의 유압 제어시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 스위칭 밸브는 솔레노이드 밸브로부터 공급되는 제어압이 공급되는 제1 포트와, 라인압을 공급받는 제2 포트와, 상기 제2포트로 공급되는 유압을 어큐뮬레이터로 공급하는 제3 포트를 보유하는 밸브보디와;상기 제1 포트로 공급되는 제어압에 작용하는 제1 랜드와, 상기 제2포트 및 제3 포트를 선택적으로 개폐하는 제2 랜드를 포함하여 이루어지며, 상기 제2 랜드의 일측으로는 스프링이 배치되는 밸브스풀을 포함하여 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 차량용 자동 변속기의 유압 제어시스템.
