- 전색제, 내열성 충전제, 경화제 및 세라믹 안료로 이루어진 하도용 무기질 도료조성물과 전색제, 내열성 충전제 및 세라믹 안료로 이루어진 상도용 무기질 도료조성물에 있어서,상기 하도용 무기질 도료조성물은 전색제로서 다음 구조식( I )로 표시되는 수분산성 알칼리 규산염 15∼30 중량%, 수분산성 실리카 15∼30 중량% 및 유기 관능성 실란화합물로 코팅된 수분산성 실리카 1∼4 중량%를 함유하고 있고, 상기 상도용 무기질 도료조성물은 전색제로서 수분산성 알루미나가 유기 관능성 실란화합물로 가수분해된 반응물 25∼60 중량%를 함유하고 있는 것임을 특징으로 하는 내열 내식성 무기질 도료조성물.상기 식에서, M은 알칼리 금속 또는 암모늄염이고: n, m 및 x는 각각 1 내지 28의 정수이다.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 하도용 무기질 도료조성물은 SiO2/M2O 몰비가 3.0∼8.0 범위인 것임을 특징으로 하는 내열 내식성 무기질 도료조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 구조식(Ⅰ)로 표시되는 수분산성 알칼리 규산염은 나트륨 포스페이트, 마그네슘 포스페이트, 알루미늄 포스페이트, 암모늄 포스페이트, 산화마그네슘인 것임을 특징으로 하는 내열 내식성 무기질 도료조성물.
