Description
Claims (1)
- 황화수소 흡수탑(2)에서는 10℃의 온도를 유지시킨 후 탄산칼륨용액과 접촉시켜 황화수소만 흡수하고 동시에 이산화탄소를 발생시키는 단계와;암모니아 흡수탑(3)에서는 상기 단계에서 발생된 이산화탄소의 양보다 40% 초과되어 이산화탄소가 흡수되도록 상기 암모니아 흡수탑(3)의 온도 및 흡수액과의 접초시간을 조절하는 단계와;탄산칼륨 재생기(5)에서는 상기 암모니아 흡수탑(3)의 흡수액을 증류시켜 발생된 수증기를 상기 황화수소 흡수탑(2)의 흡수액과 접촉시켜 황화수소와 반응한 탄산칼륨용액을 재생시키는 과정에서 이산화탄소가 흡수되도록 하는 단계 및;상기 이산화탄소가 흡수되도록 하는 단계에서 수증기 중에 포함된 수분의 양을 감소시켜 최종적으로 얻어지는 수증기 중에는 이산화탄소의 양과 수분이 적게 포함되도록 하는 단계를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 코크스가스 정제에 있어서 이산화탄소의 포집을 제외시키는 방법.
