Claims (5)
- 에어크리너(1)와 연통된 흡기매니폴드(2)와 연소후의 배기가스를 배출하는 배기매니폴드(3)가 엔진 연소실(4)에 각각 연결되어 흡기계통과 배기계통을 이루고, 상기 배기매니폴드(3)로 부터 상기 흡기매니폴드(2)로 연통되는 환원유로상에는 배기가스중에 함유된 유해물질을 정화하기 위한 필터부(7)와, 상기 필터부(7)를 지난 정화배기가스중 일부를 외부로 배출시키기 위해 분기되어진 배출유로(9) 및 환원되는 배기가스에 수분을 공급하기 위한 수분 공급수단(8)이 구비되어져 있는 배기가스 제연소 시스템에 있어서:상기 환원유로상에는,상기 배기매니폴드(3)를 통해 배출되는 고온의 배기가스를 냉매와 열교환시키는 방식의 수냉식냉각기(5) 및 방열팬과 방열핀으로 이루어진 공냉식냉각기(6)로 구성되어 배기가스의 온도를 저하시키는 냉각수단과 함께;상기 환원되는 배기가스를 에어크리너(1)측으로 선택적으로 안내하기 위한 분기유로(10)가 구비되되, 상기 분기유로(10)의 입구측에는 선택적인 개폐를 위한 자동개폐장치(11)가 함께 구비된 것;을 특징으로 하는 내연기관의 배기가스 재연소 시스템.

- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 수냉식 냉각기(5)는,상기 배기유로와의 열교환이 이루어지는 열교환부(5a)와;상기 열교환부(5a)에 냉매유도관(12,13)으로 연결되어 냉매를 공급 및 회수하는 냉매보관부(5b)로 이루어지되, 냉매보관부(5b)에서는 냉각팬(14)에 의해 냉매의 저온화가 이루어짐;을 특징으로 하는 내연기관의 배기가스 재연소 시스템.
