- 백색광 광원(10)과, 상기 백색광 광원(10)을 P파 편광으로 바꿔주는 편광기(30)와, 상기 편광기(30)를 거쳐 만들어진 P파 편광을 단백질 칩 홀더(50)위에 지지된 단백질 칩(60)에 소정의 각도로 굴절시켜 입사시키는 입사부(40)와, 상기 입사부(40)를 통하여 단백질 칩(60)에 입사되어 소정각도로 반사되어 나오는 빛을 광파이버(70)를 통하여 집광하여 평면 결상으로 분광하는 분광기(80)와, 상기 분광된 빛을 검출하는 광 배열검출기(81) 및 상기 광 배열검출기(81)에서 검출된 광데이터를 분석처리하는 컴퓨터(90)를 포함한 백색광 SPR을 이용한 단백질 칩 분석장치에 있어서,상기 단백질 칩은 소형 단위 칩들이 평면상에서 복수개의 행렬로 배치되어 구성된 소형 다중행렬 배열 칩인 것을 특징으로 하는 백색광 SPR을 이용한 단백질 칩 분석장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 광파이버(70)는 가시광 영역의 빛을 집사하여 전송할 수 있도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 백색광 SPR을 이용한 단백질 칩 분석장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 분광기(80)는 분광의 입구 슬릿에 광파이버를 넣고, 내부에 그레이팅 광소자를 이용한 그레이팅 분광기인 광파이버 분광기로 된 것을 특징으로 하는 백색광 SPR을 이용한 단백질 칩 분석장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 분광기(80)는 상기 단백질 칩의 각 단위 칩마다 반사되어 나오는 빛을 대응하는 복수개의 광파이버(70)로 각각 집광하여 분광하는 다중 광파이버 분광기(80)로 구성되어 실시간으로 측정분석되는 것을 특징으로 하는 백색광 SPR을 이용한 단백질 칩 분석장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 분광기(80)는 1개의 광파이버와 1개의 분광기로 이루어지고, 상기 단백질 칩(60)의 각 단위칩(61)들에서 각각 반사되어 나온 복수개의 빛을 1개의 광파이버에서 집광하고 분광할 수 있도록 상기 단백질 칩(60)을 지지하는 단백질 칩 홀더(50)는 평면상에서 전후좌우로 이동 가능하게 설치되고, 상기 단백질 칩 홀더(50)는 모터 등과 같은 자동화 또는 수동 구동 수단에 의해 전후좌우로 이동되게 된 것을 특징으로 하는 백색광 SPR을 이용한 단백질 칩 분석장치.
