Claims (34)
- 안키린(ankyrin) 류의 반복단위체를 특징으로 하는 아미노산 서열을 포함하고 사이클린 의존성 키나아제(CDK)와 결합하는 단리된 또는 재조합된 세포 주기 조절 폴리펩티드로서, 서열번호 4 또는 8을 포함하는 폴리펩티드.
- 제 1항에 있어서, CDK가 G1 기(phase)의 CDK임을 특징으로 하는 폴리펩티드.
- 제 1항에 있어서, CDK가 CDK4 또는 CDK6임을 특징으로 하는 폴리펩티드.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 폴리펩티드의 SDS-PAGE에 의한 겉보기 분자량이 12kD 내지 20kD임을 특징으로 하는 폴리펩티드.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 폴리펩티드가 서열번호 2로 표시된 단백질과 경쟁적으로 CDK에 결합함을 특징으로 하는 폴리펩티드.
- 사이클린 의존성 키나아제 (CDK)와 특이적으로 결합하는 세포 주기 조절(CCR) 단백질의 실질적으로 순수한 제조물로서, 상기 CCR-단백질의 전장 형태의 근사 분자량이 12kD 내지 20kD이며, 상기 CCR-단백질이 서열번호 4 또는 8에 제시된 아미노산 서열과 80% 이상 상동인 아미노산 서열을 포함하는 제조물.
- 제 6항에 있어서, 단백질이 서열번호 4에 제시된 아미노산 서열과 80% 이상상동인 아미노산 서열을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 세포 주기 조절 단백질의 제조물.
- 제 6항에 있어서, 단백질이 서열번호 8에 제시된 아미노산 서열과 80% 이상 상동인 아미노산 서열을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 세포 주기 조절 단백질의 제조물.
- 제 6항에 있어서, 단백질이 세포 주기 조절의 작용제 또는 길항제로서 기능함을 특징으로 하는 세포 주기 조절 단백질의 제조물.
- 서열번호 4 또는 8과 80% 이상 상동인 아미노산 서열을 포함하는, p15 폴리펩티드의 실질적으로 순수한 제조물.
- 제 15항에 있어서, 서열번호 4 또는 8의 아미노산 서열을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 폴리펩티드의 제조물.
- 제 10항에 있어서, 폴리펩티드가 세포 주기 조절의 작용제로서 또는 길항제로서 기능함을 특징으로 하는 폴리펩티드의 제조물.
- 사이클린 의존성 키나아제 4 (CDK4)와 특이적으로 상호작용하고, 상기 특이적 상호작용이 CDK4의 K22, R24, H95 및 D97 잔기에 의해 영향을 받는, 서열번호 4 또는 8 중 하나 이상의 서열에 제시된 아미노산과 80% 이상 상동인 아미노산 서열을 포함하는 단리된 또는 재조합된 폴리펩티드.
- 제 13항에 있어서, 폴리펩티드가 CDK4에 의해 매개되는 인산 전이(transfer)반응을 저해함을 특징으로 하는 폴리펩티드.
- 제 6항의 CCR-단백질의 에피토프와 특이적으로 반응하는 항체 제조물.
- 서열번호 4의 폴리펩티드의 에피토프와 특이적으로 반응하는 항체 제조물.
- 서열번호 8의 폴리펩티드의 에피토프와 특이적으로 반응하는 항체 제조물.
- 서열번호 4 또는 8중 하나 이상의 서열에 제시된 아미노산 서열과 80% 이상 상동인 아미노산 서열을 가지는 재조합된 폴리펩티드.
- 제 18항에 있어서, 폴리펩티드가 세포 주기 조절의 작용제 또는 길항제로서 기능을 함을 특징으로 하는 폴리펩티드.
- 제 18항에 있어서, 폴리펩티드가 사이클린 의존성 키나아제와 결합함을 특징으로 하는 폴리펩티드.
- 제 20항에 있어서, 사이클린 의존성 키나아제가 CDK4이고, 폴리펩티드와 CDK4의 결합이 CDK4의 잔기 K22, R24, H95 및 D97의 영향을 받음을 특징으로 하는 폴리펩티드.
- 제 21항에 있어서, 폴리펩티드가 CDK4에 의해 매개되는 인산 전이 반응을 저해함을 특징으로 하는 폴리펩티드.
