Claims (6)
- 제8족 금속함유 촉매, 요오드화메틸 및 물의 존재하에 연속적으로 메탄올, 아세트산메틸 및 디메틸에테르 중에서 선택되는 1종 이상과 일산화탄소를 반응시켜(a) 카르보닐화 반응공정에서 반응 조액을 빼낸후, 이를 플래시 영역으로 도입하고, 플래시 영역에서 증발하지 않는 촉매성분을 포함하는 촉매순환액을 카르보닐화 반응기로 순환하는 공정,(b) 플래시 영역에서 증발한 증기구분을 증기 및/또는 액체로서 제1의 증류탑에 공급하는 공정,(c) 제1의 증류탑의 탑정부로부터 수분, 아세트산메틸, 요오드화메틸 및 아세트산으로 이루어지는 저비점 순환류를 빼내는 공정, 그리고(d) 제1의 증류탑의 저부 또는 저부 부근의 측류로부터 조아세트산을 빼내는 공정으로 이루어지는 아세트산의 제조법에 있어서 제1의 증류탑에 물을 첨가함으로써 제1의 증류탑의 탑정부 경사분리기의 분액상태를 유지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 아세트산 제조법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 카르보닐화 반응액 중의 수분농도가 8wt% 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 아세트산 제조법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 카르보닐화 반응액 중의 아세트산 메틸 농도가 2wt% 이상인것을 특징으로 하는 아세트산 제조법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 제1의 증류탑에 첨가하는 물이 제1의 증류탑의 저부 또는 저부 부근의 측류로부터 빼내어진 조아세트산을 제2의 증류탑으로 도입하고, 제2의 증류탑에서 탑정부에 분별된 액일 것 또는 상기 조아세트산에 물을 가하여, 제2의 증류탑으로 도입하고, 제2의 증류탑에서 탑정부에 분별된 액일 것 또는 상기 제2의 증류탑에서 탑정부에 분별된 액에 물을 가한 것임을 특징으로 하는 아세트산 제조법.
- 제8족 금속함유 촉매, 요오드화메틸 및 물의 존재하에 연속적으로 메탄올, 아세트산메틸 및 디메틸에테르 중에서 선택되는 1종 이상과 일산화탄소를 반응시켜(a) 카르보닐화 반응공정에서 반응 조액을 빼낸후, 이를 플래시 영역으로 도입하고, 플래시 영역에서 증발하지 않는 촉매성분을 포함하는 촉매순환액을 카르보닐화 반응기로 순환하는 공정,(b) 플래시 영역에서 증발한 증기구분을 증기 및/또는 액체로서 제1의 증류탑에 공급하는 공정,(c) 제1의 증류탑의 탑정부로부터 수분, 아세트산메틸, 요오드화메틸 및 아세트산으로 이루어지는 저비점 순환류를 빼내는 공정, 그리고(d) 제1의 증류탑의 저부 또는 저부 부근의 측류로부터 조아세트산을 빼내는 공정으로 이루어지는 아세트산의 제조법에 있어서 제1의 증류탑 오버헤드부의 냉각온도를 내림으로써 제1증류탑의 탑정부 경사분리기의 분액상태를 유지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 아세트산 제조법.
- 제8족 금속함유 촉매, 요오드화메틸 및 물의 존재하에 연속적으로 메탄올, 아세트산메틸 및 디메틸에테르 중에서 선택되는 1종 이상과 일산화탄소를 반응시켜 (a) 카르보닐화 반응공정에서 반응 조액을 빼낸후, 이를 플래시 영역으로 도입하고, 플래시 영역에서 증발하지 않는 촉매성분을 포함하는 촉매순환액을 카르보닐화 반응기로 순환하는 공정,(b) 플래시 영역에서 증발한 증기구분을 증기 및/또는 액체로서 제1의 증류탑에 공급하는 공정,(c) 제1의 증류탑의 탑정부로부터 수분, 아세트산메틸, 요오드화메틸 및 아세트산으로 이루어지는 저비점 순환류를 빼내는 공정, 그리고(d) 제1의 증류탑의 저부 또는 저부 부근의 측류로부터 조아세트산을 빼내는 공정으로 이루어지는 아세트산의 제조법에 있어서 제1의 증류탑의 탑정부 경사분리기에 공급되는 액중의 아세트산메틸 농도를 40wt% 이하로 함으로써 제1의 증류탑의 탑정부 경사 분리기의 분액상태를 유지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 아세트산 제조법.
