Claims (5)
- 호화된 옥수수 전분에 대해 25∼50 중량%의 아크릴로니트릴을 가하여 그라프트 중합하여 전분-아크릴로니트릴 그라프트 공중합체를 제조하고;상기 그라프트 공중합체에 가교제로서 에피클로로히드린을 전분중량대비 3 내지 10 중량%로 첨가하여 동일반응기내에서 가교반응시키고; 그리고상기 전분-아크릴로니트릴 그라프트 공중합체를 수세 및 건조과정을 거치지 않고 액비가 높은 상태에서 직접 알칼리로 가수분해하는;단계에 의해 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 생분해성이 우수한 전분계 고흡수제의 제조방법.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 가수분해에 사용되는 알칼리의 NaOH/nitrile 기의 몰비는 1.0 내지 2.2 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 생분해성이 우수한 전분계 고흡수제의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 전분-아크릴로니트릴 그라프트 공중합체는 CAN(ceric ammonium nitrate) 개시제 또는 Fe(II)/H2O2개시제를 이용하여 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 생분해성이 우수한 전분계 고흡수제의 제조방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항의 방법에 의하여 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 생분해성이 우수한 전분계 고흡수제.
