Claims (23)
- 제1항에 있어서, Ra, Rb및 Rc가 서로 상이한 화학식 I의 화합물 및 이의 염.
- 제4항에 있어서, Ra, Rb및 Rc가 서로 상이한 화학식 II의 화합물 및 이의 염.
- 화학식 IV의 화합물을 화학식 V의 화합물 또는 이의 염의 존재하에 시안화수소와 반응시킴을 특징으로 하는, 화학식 I의 화합물의 제조방법.화학식 I화학식 IV화학식 V위의 화학식 I, 화학식 IV, 화학식 V에서,n은 2 내지 5의 정수이고,각각 탄소수 1 내지 4의 알킬 그룹, 탄소수 1 내지 4의 알콕실 그룹, 할로겐 원자 및 니트로 그룹으로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 치환기 1개 이상에 의해 치환될 수 있는 페닐 그룹, 페닐메틸 그룹 또는 나프틸 그룹이거나, 수소원자 또는 탄소수 1내지 4의 알킬 그룹이고, 단 RaRb및 Rc는 동시에 수소원자일 수 없다)이고,R2는 수소원자 또는 탄소수 1 내지 4의 알킬 그룹이다.
- 제9항에 있어서, Ra, Rb및 Rc가 서로 상이한 화학식 I의 화합물의 제조방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 화학식 V의 화합물이 광학적으로 단일 화합물인 화학식 I의 화합물의 제조방법.
- 화학식 I의 화합물의 시아노 그룹을 환원시킨 후, 수득한 아미노 화합물을 폐환시킴을 특징으로 하는, 화학식 II의 화합물의 제조방법.화학식 I화학식 II위의 화학식 I 및 화학식 II에서,n은 2 내지 5의 정수이고,각각 탄소수 1 내지 4의 알킬 그룹, 탄소수 1 내지 4의 알콕실 그룹, 할로겐 원자 및 니트로 그룹으로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 치환기 1개 이상에 의해 치환될 수 있는 페닐 그룹, 페닐메틸 그룹 또는 나프틸 그룹이거나, 수소원자 또는 탄소수 1 내지 4의 알킬 그룹이다)이고,R2는 수소원자 또는 탄소수 1 내지 4의 알킬 그룹이다.
- 제12항에 있어서, Ra, Rb및 Rc가 서로 상이한 화학식 II의 화합물의 제조방법.
- 제13항에 있어서, 화학식 I의 화합물이 광학적으로 단일 화합물인 화학식 II의 화합물의 제조방법.
- 제15항에 있어서, Ra, Rb및 Rc가 서로 상이한 화학식 Ⅲ-1의 화합물의 제조 방법.
- 제16항에 있어서, 화학식 II의 화합물이 광학적으로 단일 화합물인 화학식 Ⅲ-1의 화합물의 제조방법.
- 제18항에 있어서, 화학식 III-2의 화합물이 광학적으로 단일 화합물인 화학식 VI의 화합물 또는 이의 염의 제조방법.
- 화학식 I-1의 화합물 중의 광학적으로 단일 화합물을 양성자성 용매 속에서처리하여 이성체화시킴을 특징으로 하는, 화학식 I-1의 화합물의 부분입체이성체 혼합물의 제조방법.화학식 I-1위의 화학식 I-1에서,n은 2 내지 5의 정수이고,Ra, Rb및 Rc는 각각 탄소수 1 내지 4의 알킬 그룹, 탄소수 1 내지 4의 알콕실 그룹, 할로겐 원자 및 니트로 그룹으로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 치환기 1개 이상에 의해 치환될 수 있는 페닐 그룹, 페닐메틸 그룹 또는 나프틸 그룹이거나, 수소원자 또는 탄소수 1 내지 4의 알킬 그룹이고,단 Ra, Rb및 Rc는 서로 상이하며,R2는 수소원자 또는 탄소수 1 내지 4의 알킬 그룹이다.
- 제20항 또는 제21항에 있어서, 이성체화 처리를 가열 조건하에서 수행하는 화학식 I-1의 부분입체이성체 혼합물의 제조방법.
- 제22항에 있어서, 양성자성 용매가 에탄올인 화학식 I-1의 부분입체이성체 혼합물의 제조방법.
