Claims (5)
- 수납부를 갖는 하우징과, 상기 수납부로부터 그 일부가 돌출되어 상기 하우징에 부착된 조작레버와, 상기 수납부에 수납되어 상기 조작레버를 상기 하우징으로부터 돌출하는 방향으로 힘을 인가하는 코일스프링을 구비하고, 상기 코일스프링은, 코일부로부터 연장형성된 한 쌍의 아암부를 형성하고, 일방의 아암부가 상기 수납부의 일단측에 회전 가능하게 지지됨과 동시에, 타방의 아암부는 상기 조작레버에 회전 가능하게 지지되고, 상기 코일스프링은, 상기 조작레버의 이동에 수반하여 상기 코일부가 회전운동 가능해지도록 프리상태로 상기 하우징에 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 스위치장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 하우징에는, 상기 수납부의 일단측에 형성된 고정단자와, 이 고정단자에 대향하여 상기 수납부의 타단측에 형성된 고정측 접점을 구비하고, 상기 코일스프링은, 상기 아암부의 일방이 상기 고정단자에 회전 가능하게 지지됨과 동시에, 타방의 아암부에 상기 고정측 접점과 접속분리되는 가동측 접점을 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 스위치장치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 가동측 접점은, 상기 코일스프링의 아암부의 선단에 형성된 굴곡부에서 형성하는 동시에, 상기 고정측 접점은, 절곡 형성된 클립형상의 접점판에서 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 스위치장치.
- 제 2 항 또는 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 조작레버의 양측에는, 상기 하우징의 수납부의 상면에 회전운동 가능하게 걸리는 회전운동축부를 형성하고, 상기 조작레버가 일방향으로 경사전도 조작되었을 때에는, 경사전도방향과는 반대측의 상기 회전운동축부를 지점으로서 상기 조작레버가 회전운동되는 것에 의해, 상기 가동측 접점이 상기 고정측 접점측으로 이동하여 상기 고정측 접점과 접촉하고, 또한, 상기 조작레버가 가압조작된 때에는, 상기 회전운동축부의 양쪽이 상기 수납부의 측벽을 따라서 가압방향으로 평행이동 됨으로써, 상기 가동측 접점이 상기 고정측 접점측으로 이동하여 상기 고정측 접점과 접촉하도록 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 스위치장치.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 조작레버에는, 상기 하우징으로부터 돌출하는 부분에 방향이 다른 복수의 경사면을 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 스위치장치.
