Claims (2)
- 전로 조업에 있어서, 취련중 서브랜스 측정 시점을 기점으로 배가스 정보가 입수되는 싸이클에 대응하여 동적모델과 연계된 배가스 정보의 하기 탄소수치식을 수치해석에 의해 해석함으로써 총취련 예정시간의 30∼50%에 해당하는 정련구간의 탈탄속도의 평균치를 최대탈탄속도(α)로 설정하여 배가스 정보를 이용하여 계산한 다음, 서브랜스 측정 이후의 동적제어 모델인 지수함수형 탈탄곡선에 적용하여 탈탄천이특성치(β)를 실시간으로 역산하는 단계와;상기 역산된 탈탄천이특성치를 다시 동적제어 모델인 지수함수형 탈탄곡선에 적용하여 취련종료 시점까지의 하기 수학식에서 취입산소량(△O2(t))을 일정 싸이클마다 재설정하는 단계로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전로 조업에서 탄소농도 제어 방법.△O2(t): 서브랜스 측정 이후 t까지의 취입산소량.t: 취련 경과 시간WST(t): 시간 t에서의 용강중량C: 용강중 탄소농도C0: 탈탄속도가 0이 되는 탄소농도α: 최대탈탄속도β: 탈탄천이특성치
- 용강을 취련하는 전로(2)와, 초음속의 기체 산소를 분사하는 랜스(3)와, 일정 싸이클마다 배가스 조성을 연속 측정하는 배가스 분석계(4)와, 배가스의 용량을 상기 배가스 분석계(4)와 동일한 싸이클로 측정하는 배가스 유량계(5)와, 취련 말기의 용강중 탄소농도 정보를 제공하는 서브랜스(6)와, 배가스를 정해진 곳으로 회수하는 통로 역할을 하는 배가스 후드(7)를 포함하는 전로 설비에 있어서,상기 배가스 정보를 이용하여 탈탄량을 누적 계산하는 탈탄량 계산부(21)와, 배가스 정보를 이용하여 총취련 예정시간의 30∼50% 구간의 탈탄속도의 평균치를 구하여 최대탈탄 속도로 설정하는 기능을 가진 최대탈탄속도 계산부(22)와;배가스탈탄량과 지수함수형 탈탄곡선을 연계하여 배가스정보가 입수되는 싸이클마다 탈탄천이특성치를 계산하여 동적제어 모델에 제공하는 탈탄천이점 연산부(23)와;상기 탈탄천이점 연산부(23)로부터 제공된 탈탄천이특성치에 의해 탄소농도를 적중시키기 위해 취련 종료시점까지 취입해야 하는 산소량을 계산하는 취입산소량 계산부(24)를 포함하는 탄소농도 제어수단(20)을 설치 구비하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 전로 조업에서 용강중 탄소농도 제어 장치.
