Claims (3)
- 브레이크페달의 조작에 따라 발생되는 유압을 이용해 리딩슈(13)와 트레일링슈(14)를 브레이크드럼(11)쪽으로 압착시켜 마찰력에 의한 제동력을 발생시키도록 된 휠실린더(16)에 주차 브레이크레버의 조작에 따라 파킹케이블(17)의 인장력을 이용해 제동력을 발생시키는 작동레버(18)가 회동가능하게 일체로 결합되도록 된 자동차용 드럼브레이크.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 휠실린더(16)가, 내부에 유압통로(16a')가 구비된 실린더몸체(16a)와, 이 실린더몸체(16a)의 양측부에서 유압통로(16')를 따라 직선운동이 가능하도록 결합되는 한 쌍의 피스톤(16b,16c)과, 이 피스톤(16b,16c)의 선단부에 결합되면서 각각의 선단이 상기 리딩슈(13) 및 트레일링슈(14)와 접촉되도록 설치되는 피스톤부트(16d,16e)와, 상기 피스톤(16b,16c)사이의 유압통로(16a')상에서 회동가능하게 위치되고 전장이 일측방향의 기울기를 가지면서 양단이 상기 피스톤(16b,16c)과 각각 접촉되도록 설치되는 피스톤가압부재(16f)와, 이 피스톤가압부재(16f)의 중심부에 일단이 결합되고 타단이 상기 실린더몸체(16a)를 관통하여 주차 브레이크레버로부터 연결되는 파킹케이블(17)과 결합되도록 된 작동레버(18)를 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 드럼브레이크.
- 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 유압통로(16a')상에서 일정한 기울기를 가지도록 설치된 피스톤가압부재(16f)가 파킹케이블(17)의 인장력에 의해 작동레버(18)가 작동될 때 상기 유압통로(16a')와 병설되는 방향으로 기울기가 감소되면서 실린더몸체(16a)의 외부로 피스톤(16b,16c)을 압출시키도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 드럼브레이크.
