Claims (20)
- 냉각수가 통과되는 부스러기 제거용 스크린(18)을 바닥부분에 유지시키기 위한 핵연료 조립체용 하부 결합판으로서,윗 부분, 바닥 부분 및 측면부를 갖추고 있는 바깥쪽 프레임 부재(32)와,상기 프레임 부재의 중앙부에서 서로 이격되어 있는 다수의 제 1 안쪽 안내튜브 보스(36; 36')와,상기 제 1 안쪽 안내튜브 보스와 동심을 이루며 서로 이격된 다수의 제 2 모서리 안내튜브 보스(37; 37')와,상기 제 1 안쪽 및 제 2 모서리 안내튜브 보스를 서로에 대해서 및 상기 프레임 부재에 대해서 견고하게 연결시켜서 다수의 개방된 공간을 제공하는 다수의 지지보(34)를 포함하고 있으며,상기 제 1 안쪽 및 제 2 모서리 안내튜브 보스(36; 36' : 37; 37')가 각각 상기 핵연료 조립체의 다수의 안내 튜브의 안내튜브 캡스크루를 직접적으로 수용하여서 상기 안내튜브를 고정시키며,상기 프레임 부재(32)와, 상기 제 1 안쪽 및 제 2 모서리 안내튜브 보스(36, 36'; 37, 37')와, 그리고 상기 다수의 지지보(34)가 조합적으로 상기 프레임 부재(32)의 윗 부분에 상기 스크린(18)을 수용하여서 상기 스크린의 지지구조를 제공하는 형상을 이루는 핵연료 조립체용 하부 결합판.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 안쪽 및 제 2 모서리 안내튜브 보스와, 상기 지지보와, 그리고 상기 프레임 부재가 단일의 일체식 주물로부터 형성된 핵연료 조립체용 하부 결합판.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 지지보가 각각 눈물모양의 단면형상으로 형성되어서 냉각수의 유동에 대한 저항이 최소화되는 핵연료 조립체층 하부 결합판.
- 제 3항에 있어서, 상기 지지보가 각각 상기 제 1 안쪽 및 제 2 모서리 안내튜브 보스의 폭보다 작은 최대폭을 가지는 핵연료 조립체용 하부 결합판.
- 제 4항에 있어서, 상기 지지보가 각각 그 최상부면의 중앙부를 따라서 폭이 좁은 종방향 리브를 갖추고 있는 핵연료 조립체용 하부 결합판.
- 제 3항에 있어서, 상기 지지보가 상기 하부 결합판의 바닥 부분에 인접한 부분쪽으로 최소폭을 가지도록 형성되어 있는 핵연료 조립체용 하부 결합판.
- 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 주물이 저탄소 스테인레스강으로 이루어져 있는 핵연료 조립체용 하부 결합판.
- 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 주물이 저탄소 304 스테인레스강으로 이루어져 있는핵연료 조립체용 하부 결합판.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 프레임 부재가 정방형이며, 상기 프레임부재의 모서리에는 각각 4개의 다리부가 형성되어 있는 핵연료 조립체용 하부 결합판.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 안쪽 및 제 2 모서리 안내튜브 보스가 원형으로 형성된 핵연료 조립체용 하부 조립체.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 안쪽 및 제 2 모서리 안내튜브 보스가 장방형으로 형성된 핵연료 조립체용 하부 조립체.
- 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 프레임 부재의 상기 측면부의 상부에 슬롯이 형성되어 있는 핵연료 조립체용 하부 조립체.
- 핵연료 조립체용 하부 결합판(30, 30')으로서,윗 부분, 바닥 부분 및 측면부를 갖추고 있는 바깥쪽 프레임 부재(32)와,상기 프레임 부재내에서 서로 이격되고 동심을 이루며 설치되어 있어서, 제각기 상기 핵연료 조립체의 다수의 안내튜브의 안내튜브 캡스크루를 적절적으로 수용하는, 상기 결합판을 통과하는 최중앙 구멍의 주변 둘레에 배열되어 있는 다수의 제 1 안쪽 안내튜브 보스(36; 36') 및 모서리 부근에 배열되어 있는 다수의 제 2모서리 안내튜브 보스(37; 37') 및,상기 제 1 안쪽 안내튜브 보스(36; 36')와 상기 제 2 모서리 안내튜브 보스(37; 37')를 서로에 대해서 그리고 상기 프레임 부재(32)에 대해서, 이들사이에 개방 공간을 제공하는 구성으로, 각각 견고하게 연결시키는 다수의 눈물모양의 지지보(34)를 포함하는 핵연료 조립체용 하부 결합판.
- 제 13항에 있어서, 상기 프레임 부재의 윗 부분와, 상기 제 1 안쪽 제 2 모서리 안내튜브 보스와, 그리고 상기 다수의 지지보가 조합적으로 상기 프레임 부재의 윗 부분에 상기 스크린을 수용하여서 상기 스크린의 지지구조를 제공하는 형상을 이루는 핵연료 조립체용 하부 결합판.
- 제 13항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 안쪽 및 제 2 모서리 안내튜브 보스와, 상기 지지보와, 그리고 상기 프레임 부재가 단일의 일체식 주물로부터 형성된 핵연료 조립체용 하부 결합판.
- 제 15항에 있어서, 상기 주물이 저탄소 스레인레스강으로 이루어져 있는 핵연료 조립체용 하부 결합판.
- 제 13항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 안쪽 및 제 2 모서리 안내튜브 보스가 원형으로 형성된 핵연료 조립체용 하부 조립체.
- 제 13항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 안쪽 및 제 2 모서리 안내튜브 보스가 장방형으로 형성된 핵연료 조립체용 하부 조립체.
- 제 13항에 있어서, 상기 지지보가 상기 하부 결합판의 바닥 부뷴에 일정한 부분쪽으로 최소폭을 가지도록 형성되어 있는 핵연료 조립체용 하부 결합판.
- 제 19항에 있어서, 상기 지지보가 각각 그 최상부면의 중앙부를 따라서 폭이 좁은 종방향 리브를 갖추고 있는 핵연료 조립체용 하부 결합판.
