Claims (2)
- 해수를 이용한 고압수 분사장비의 고압수세처리로 인해 깨끗한 표면을 유지하는 강관말뚝(10)의 간만조대와 비말대에 걸쳐 피복되는 페트로레이텀테이프(12)와; 상기 페트로레이텀 테이프(12)위에 피복되는 PVC시트(14)와; 상기 PVC시트(14)의 피복부에 밀착설치되되, 체결수단에 의해서 고정되며 그 재질이 H.D.P.E(High Density Polyethylene)인 보호커버(20)와; 상기 보호커버(20)의 체결부 외측으로 설치되는 유선형의 보조판(30)과; 상기 보호커버(20)의 상부와 콘크리트간의 접합부에 엷게 코킹되는 수중경화용 에폭시수지(35)와; 반원형의 링상으로서 그 끝단이 수직절곡되어 형성된 플랜지(42)와, 상기 보조판(30)의 외측과 접하도록 그 중앙부에 상향돌출되어 형성된 지지강판(46)으로 구성된 스틸밴드(40)로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 강관말뚝의 방식구조물.
- 해양용 강관말뚝(10) 표면에 생성된 불순물이나 녹등을 제거할 수 있도록 해수를 고압분사하여 표면처리되는 단계; 상기 표면처리된 강관말뚝(10)의 둘레를 따라서 페트로레이텀테이프(12)가 피복되는 단계; 상기 페트로레이텀테이프(12) 위에 PVC시트(14)가 피복되는 단계; H.D.P.E(High Density Polyethylene)의 재질로 된 보호커버(20)가 상기 페트로레이텀테이프(12)와 PVC시트(14)의 피복부에 걸쳐 밀착설치되도록 체결수단에 의해 고정되는 단계; 유선형의 보조판(30)이 상기 보호커버(20)의 체결부 외측에 체결수단에 의해 고정되는 단계; 상기 보호커버(20)의 상부와 콘크리트간의 접합부에 수중경화용 에폭시수지(35)가 엷게 코킹되어 마감처리되는 단계; 반원형의 링상으로 되어있는 스틸밴드(40) 한쌍이 상기 보호커버(20)의 하단과 보조판(30)에 밀착되면서 체결고정되는 단계로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 강관말뚝의 외부 방식처리 방법.
