Description
Claims (9)
- 제 1 차동쌍을 갖고, 공통 입력 전압에 기초하여 동작하는 제 1 차동 증폭 회로;제 2 차동쌍을 갖고, 상기 공통 입력 전압에 기초하여 동작하는 제 2 차동 증폭회로;상기 제 1 차동 증폭 회로로부터의 제 1 신호에 기초하여 동작하는 제 3의 제 1 도전형 트랜지스터와;상기 1차 도전형의 제 3 트랜지스터에 직렬로 접속되고, 상기 제 2 차동 증폭 회로로부터의 제 2 신호에 기초하여 동작하는 제 3의 제 2 도전형 트랜지스터를 포함하고,상기 제 1 차동쌍 및 상기 제 2 차동쌍 중 적어도 하나는, 그 사이의 구동 능력차를 갖는 한 쌍의 트랜지스터들로부터 형성되고,상기 제 1 차동 증폭 회로는 상기 제 3의 제 1 도전형 트랜지스터를 통해 상기 공통 입력 전압보다 더 낮은 제 1 출력 전압을 출력하기 위해 상기 제 1 신호를 출력하며,상기 제 2 차동 증폭 회로는 상기 제 3의 제 2 도전형 트랜지스터를 통해 상기 공통 입력 전압보다 더 높은 제 2 출력을 출력하기 위해 상기 제 2 신호를 출력하는, 차동 증폭 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 제 1 차동 증폭 회로에 제공되고, 제 1의 제 1 도전형 트랜지스터 및 제 2의 제 1 도전형 트랜지스터로부터 형성된 제 1 커런트 미러 회로와;상기 제 2 차동 증폭 회로에 제공되고, 제 1의 제 2 도전형 트랜지스터 및 제 2의 제 2 도전형 트랜지스터로 형성된 제 2 커런트 미러회로를 포함하는 차동 증폭 장치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 제 1 차동 증폭회로는,상기 제 1의 제 1 도전형 트랜지스터와 직렬로 접속되는 제 4의 제 2 도전형 트랜지스터와;상기 제 2의 제 1 도전형 트랜지스터와 직렬로 접속되고, 상기 제 4의 제 2 도전형 트랜지스터와는 상이한 구동 능력을 갖는 제 5의 제 2 도전형 트랜지스터를 포함하고,상기 제 4의 제 2 도전형 트랜지스터와 상기 제 5의 제 2 도전형 트랜지스터는 상기 제 1 차동쌍을 형성하는, 차동 증폭 장치.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 제 5의 제 2 도전형 트랜지스터의 구동 능력은 상기 제 4의 제 2 도전형 트랜지스터보다 더 크게 되도록 설정되는, 차동 증폭 장치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 제 2 차동 증폭회로는,상기 제 1의 제 2 도전형 트랜지스터와 직렬로 접속되는 제 4의 제 1 도전형 트랜지스터와;상기 제 2의 제 2 도전형 트랜지스터와 직렬로 접속되고, 상기 제 4의 제 1 도전형 트랜지스터와는 상이한 구동 능력을 갖는 제 5의 제 1 도전형 트랜지스터를 포함하고,상기 제 4의 제 1 도전형 트랜지스터와 상기 제 5의 제 1 도전형 트랜지스터는 상기 제 2 차동쌍을 형성하는, 차동 증폭 장치.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 제 5의 제 1 도전형 트랜지스터의 구동 능력은 상기 제 4의 제 1 도전형 트랜지스터보다 더 크게 되도록 설정되는, 차동 증폭 장치.
- 청구항 1에 기재된 차동 증폭 장치를 포함하는 반도체 장치.
- 청구항 1에 기재된 차동 증폭 장치를 포함하는 전원회로.
- 청구항 8에 기재된 전원 회로를 포함하는 전자기기.
