Abstract
Description
Claims (16)
- 규소와 마그네슘이 주 구성원소이고, 이 규소/마그네슘의 중량비가 1/(0.1∼1.0)인 규산염화합물 1 내지 15중량%를 레조르신ㆍ포름알데히드ㆍ고무라텍스를 주성분으로 구성되는 접착제 매트릭스 성분에 배합한 고무ㆍ섬유용 접착제조성물로서, 상기 규산염 화합물은 1% 수분산액의 광투과율 T가 50%이상이고, 2% 수분산액의 틱소트로피 지수가 2.0∼10.0인 고무ㆍ섬유용 접착제조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 규산염화합물이 더욱이 나트륨 및 리튬원소를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고무ㆍ섬유용 접착제조성물.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 규산염화합물이 스멕타이트인 것을 특징으로 하는 고무ㆍ섬유용 접착제조성물.
- 규소와 마그네슘이 주 구성원소이고, 이 규소/마그네슘의 중량비가 1/(0.1∼1.0)인 규산염화합물 1 내지 15중량%를 폴리에폭시드화합물과 블록이소시아네이트화합물, 에틸렌요소화합물 및 고무라텍스로부터 선택된 적어도 1종을 주성분으로 구성되는 접착제 매트릭스성분에 배합한 것을 특징으로 하는 고무ㆍ섬유용 접착제조성물.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 규산염화합물이 1% 수분산액의 광투과율 T가 50%이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 고무ㆍ섬유용 접착제조성물.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 규산염 화합물이 2% 수분산액의 틱소트로피 지수가 2.0∼10.0인 것을 특징으로 하는 고무ㆍ섬유용 접착제조성물.
- 규소와 마그네슘이 주 구성원소이고, 이 규소/마그네슘의 중량비가 1/(0.1∼1.0)인 규산염화합물 1 내지 15중량%를 레조르신ㆍ포름알데히드ㆍ고무라텍스를 주성분으로 구성되는 접착제 매트릭스 성분에 배합된 고무ㆍ섬유용 접착제조성물로 피복된 고무보강용 합성섬유로서, 상기 규산염 화합물은 1% 수분산액의 광투과율 T가 50%이상이고, 2% 수분산액의 틱소트로피 지수가 2.0∼10.0인 고무ㆍ섬유용 접착제조성물로 피복된 고무보강용 합성섬유.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 규산염 화합물이 스멕타이트인 것을 특징으로 하는 고무보강용 합성섬유.
- 규소와 마그네슘이 주 구성원소이고, 이 규소/마그네슘의 중량비가 1/(0.1∼1.0)인 규산염화합물 1∼15중량%를 폴리에폭시드 화합물과 블록이소시아네이트 화합물, 에틸렌요오드 화합물, 및 고무라텍스로부터 선택된 적어도 1종을 주성분으로 구성되는 접착제 매트릭스성분으로 배합한 고무ㆍ섬유용 접착제조성물로피복한 고무보강용 합성섬유로서, 상기 규산염 화합물은 1% 수분산액의 광투과율 T가 50%이상이고, 2% 수분산액의 틱소트로피 지수가 2.0∼10.0인 고무ㆍ섬유용 접착제조성물로 피복된 고무보강용 합성섬유.
- 제 9 항에 있어서, 상기 규산염 화합물이 스멕타이트인 것을 특징으로 하는 고무보강용 합성섬유.
- 제 9 항에 있어서, 상기 합성섬유가 폴리에스테르 섬유코드이고, 상기 접착제조성물의 부착량이 섬유중량에 대하여 2.0∼4.0중량%, 1본당의 코드경도가 5∼20g, 1본당의 인발 T접착력이 5.5∼7.5g/d인 것을 특징으로 하는 고무보강용 합성섬유.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 합성섬유가 폴리아미드 섬유코드이고, 상기 접착제 조성물의 부착량이 섬유중량에 대하여 2.0∼5.0중량%, 1본당의 코드경도가 5∼20g, 1본당의 인발 T접착력이 5.5∼7.5g/d인 것을 특징으로 하는 고무보강용 합성섬유.
- 제 9 항에 있어서, 상기 합성섬유가 방향족 폴리아미드 섬유코드이고, 상기 접착제조성물의 부착량이 섬유중량에 대하여 3.0∼6.0중량%, 1본당의 코드경도가 5∼20g, 1본당의 인발 T접착력이 5.5∼7.5g/d인 것을 특징으로 하는 고무보강용 합성섬유.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 합성섬유가 폴리비닐알콜 섬유코드이고, 상기 접착제조성물의 부착량이 섬유중량에 대하여 2.0∼5.0중량%, 1본당의 코드경도가 5∼20g, 1본당의 인발 T접착력이 5.5∼7.5g/d인 것을 특징으로 하는 고무보강용 합성섬유.
- 제 6 항 또는 제 9 항에 있어서, 상기 합성섬유코드가 상연과 하연을 갖고, 상연의 연계수가 900∼1800, 하연의 연계수가 1300∼2500인 것을 특징으로 하는 고무보강용 합성섬유.
- 제 11 항의 고무보강용 합성섬유를 사용하여 고무구조물중의 고무를 보강한 것을 특징으로 하는 섬유보강 고무구조물.
