Claims (5)
- 고형분 함량이 1.2 내지 1.5중량%인 전도성 고분자 수용액 2 내지 20중량%, 고형분 함량이 14 내지 16중량%인 고굴절 무기졸 0.5 내지 20중량%, 탄소수 1 내지 3 이하의 알콜용매 50 내지 97.4중량%, 아마이드계 용매 0.1 내지 10중량%, 수용성 또는 알콜가용성 수지 바인더 0.005 내지 0.05중량%, 및 술폰산 모노머도판트 0.005 내지 0.05중량%로 이루어진 고굴절율 전도성 고분자 박막 투명 필름 코팅액 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 고굴절 무기졸은 굴절율 RI=1.6 이상으로, TiO2졸, CeO2졸, TiO2-Fe2O3-SiO2졸, TiO2-CeO2-SiO2졸, TiO2-ZrO2-SiO2졸, TiO2-CeO2졸, CeO2-SiO2졸로 이루어진 군으로부터 1종 이상 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 고굴절율 전도성 고분자 박막 투명 필름 코팅액 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 아마이드계 용매는 포름아마이드(formamide=FA), N-메틸포름아마이드(N-methylformamide=MFA), N,N-디메틸포름아마이드(N,N-dimethylformamide=DMF), 아세트아마이드(acetamide=AA), N-메틸아세트아마이드(N-methylacetamide=AA), N,N-디메틸아세트아마이드(N,N-dimethylacetamide=DMA), N-메틸피롤리돈(N-methtlpyrolidone=NMP)로 이루어진 군으로부터 1종 이상 선택되는것을 특징으로 하는 고굴절율 전도성 고분자 박막 투명 필름 코팅액 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 수지바인더는 폴리메틸메타크릴레이트(PMMA), 폴리아크릴레이트(PA), 폴리비닐알콜(PVOH), 폴리비닐아세탈(PVAT), 폴리비닐부틸알(PVB), 메틸셀룰로오스(MC), 히드록시프로필셀룰로오스(HPC), 히드록시에틸셀룰로오스(HEC), 폴리비닐아세테이트(PVAc)로 이루어진 군으로부터 1종 이상 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 고굴절율 전도성 고분자 박막 투명 필름 코팅액 조성물.
- 고형분 함량이 1.2 내지 1.5중량%인 전도성 고분자 수용액 2 내지 20중량%, 고형분 함량이 14 내지 16중량%인 고굴절 무기졸 0.5 내지 20중량%, 탄소수 1 내지 3 이하의 알콜용매 50 내지 97.4중량%, 아마이드계 용매 0.1 내지 10중량%, 수용성 또는 알콜가용성 수지 바인더 0.005 내지 0.05중량%, 및 술폰산 모노머도판트 0.005 내지 0.05중량%로 이루어진 코팅액 조성물을 CRT 외면유리 표면에 스핀코팅 또는 스프레이코팅한 후 150 내지 200℃에서 30분 내지 1시간정도 열소성하여 제조되는 굴절율 RI=1.6 내지 2.0이상, 투과도 90% 내지 98%, 표면저항 1×103내지 108Ω/□ 이하의 고굴절율 전도성 고분자 박막 투명 필름.
